Roto-Rooter appeared within the hour of my EMERGENCY. They were able to temporarily fix an ancient busted clay pipe until they could return to do the permanent repair. Although they normally don't do work on weekends, after they heard my story, they came the next morning, a Saturday. It was a huge task and took two men about three hours. But now we can flush and shower to our hearts' delight. :-) Amadeo(?) was very polite and professional too.

Who likes plumbing issues? I know I don't... LOL! Roto-Rooter has provided service for us numerous times - in both in an emergency & non-emergency situation. They've always fixed the problem and have always done it in a professional manner. I know nothing about plumbing, but when they explained to me about what needed to be fixed, I quickly understood what was going on. I know they are a nationwide chain, but that does not mean they don't care as much as their local competitors. The plumbers that helped us have always been super nice and attentive. I highly recommend them, if you have any issues next time.

They were honestly the greatest. I messaged them on here late one night and the next day they were at my home. They saved me so much money on my repair because they actually found and fixed my problem instead of trying to finesse me. I'm so glad I got a second opinion from Roto-Rooter.

Every few years I have to have them come out because of a poorly designed line in my older home from my washing machine. They've always come out as scheduled and have always called to advise exactly when the technician is on their way. Never have had to wait more than 2 hours after the initial call. Always friendly and polite, always efficient, always solve the problem. There is no other company I'd deal with except these guys.

We have a pediatric clinic so bathrooms are a MUST. First thing Monday morning brought a serious potty problem that could not be fixed with a simple plunger. We called another very well-known agency who said they could not give us a time estimate but they would call us around 3:00pm to let us know if it was going to be the next day and that we should call other places to get on their lists as well. So Roto-Rooter was next on the list and not only did they understand our crisis (though is there ever a time that a potty problem isn't a crisis?) but the technician called us within 10 minutes that he was on his way. Crisis conquered! As we say around here often.....not all heroes wear capes.

You don't really think about plumbing till it goes out. They had a very quick response. When the Roto-Rooter guys were packing their tools up to leave after completing the job, I went outside and sang Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Thank you. It was a true relief to have functioning plumbing again.

Had an issue at our new house. The Roto-Rooter guys showed up within an hour and a half and saved the day. We've had no issues since. The price was reasonable and response time was more than reasonable. Would use again!

We've been having drainage problems for 3 days, good thing we still have a camper in the driveway. Called these folks this morning at 8:45 and by 11:00 a tech showed up. 20 minutes after showing up, problem was resolved, water flowing freely. Awesome customer service.
