Who likes plumbing issues? I know I don't... LOL! Roto-Rooter has provided service for us numerous times - in both in an emergency & non-emergency situation. They've always fixed the problem and have always done it in a professional manner. I know nothing about plumbing, but when they explained to me about what needed to be fixed, I quickly understood what was going on. I know they are a nationwide chain, but that does not mean they don't care as much as their local competitors. The plumbers that helped us have always been super nice and attentive. I highly recommend them, if you have any issues next time.

Wow. Water heater emergency ended up being a great experience. Darius and Jacob arrived on time, removed my old WH and replaced with new one in less than 2 hours. They were neat, clean and respectful of my property and cleaned up after the job was complete. And they smiled the whole time. Its nice to have a disaster turn into a good experience. Thanks Roto Rooter.
PS I called or emailed 5 plumbers. Roto Rooter called back in a very short period and was out on my job with a hour! That's service!

I'm giving two stars, because until my last experience I have been very pleased with their service. A few weeks ago, my thermocouple needed to be replaced on my hot water heater. Upon arrival, the plumber almost immediately was trying to convince me I needed to replace the water heater and told me their bottom of the line units started at $2400. When I asked if he could just change out the part, he said he could for $460.00. I agreed and 1 hour later my water heater was working. After he left, I did some research and discovered this job typically costs $150.00-$200.00. I emailed the company to ask if perhaps I had been taken advantage of. The owner of the company replied that the plumbers manager would be calling me. I'm still waiting. Also, I received a copy of paperwork that had my signature forged on it.

Came out quickly when called. Left a ridiculous mess behind, but I could have lived with that as most plumbers don't clean the mess left behind. They charged $285 to remove 2 toilets and snake out my line which I was fine with. Two days later toilets & sinks were backing up again. Came out and charged another $185 saying it was a different problem. It's not a different problem. All of my toilets and sinks are slow draining still. I called the office and was told again that the second time was a different problem. Again, no it wasn't and I'll have to pay a second plumber to come fix what Roto Rooter charged me twice to only half way fix. I'll be using a different plumber from now on.

Sent Josh out and he did great job. Very professional, knowledgeable and got the job done in very timely fashion. Can't say enough good about the company or employees, from help on phone with appointment to answering the call...great job....will use them again. Highly recommend them. Great job guys !

Great work and very fast!!! Had a drain backing up for a few weeks, but this week it decided to really go bad. Called them and within 2 hours they had someone out here and it was fixed. Excellent service and will continue to go to them for any plumbing needs.

Call and gave specific instructions of where leak was outside. Plumber showed up late and went inside without permission and pulled out dishwasher and carved hole in Sheetrock then put Dishwasher back in incorrectly such that water did not get to it and did not discover or fix problem - BECAUSE IT WAS OUTSIDE! Had to pay $350 to another plumber to discover and fix problem. Got bill from Roto-Rooter for over $350 for doing nothing we asked them to do! Would never use them again and suggest you don't either. If I could give them a negative star I would.

Every few years I have to have them come out because of a poorly designed line in my older home from my washing machine. They've always come out as scheduled and have always called to advise exactly when the technician is on their way. Never have had to wait more than 2 hours after the initial call. Always friendly and polite, always efficient, always solve the problem. There is no other company I'd deal with except these guys.

I would give them 100 stars if I could. The owner is a honest man who puts his customers first even when its not easy. My parents are moving and they had an issue at the house they are selling. This owner bent over backwards to fix the issue knowing that the house was closing in 2 weeks. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of your customers like they were family. Great quality work, working to fix the true issue, honest workmanship.

We called Roto Rooter out to help fix a small leak in our kitchen faucet. They sent soemone out, and he ended up charging us about $700 for a couple of hours of work. We did get a new faucet . . . unfortunately, it was leaking again in less than a week. When we called, the same plumber informed us that this work was not guaranteed, but there would be a second charge to fix the ""old plumbing"". When we got a plumber from an independent company, he said that all of the fixtures had not been tightened properly and fixed everything for less than one-third of what RR charged.

I can't say that I will ever use this company again. They do not guarantee their work and they obviously do not know what they are doing.
