Bill T.Woke up this morning to discover that our sewer line in our basement between our basement bathroom and where the line goes out to the sewer main. I called them at 8 AM and the drain was unclogged by 10:30 AM the same day! That is service!
We have been using Roto-Rooter for over 30 years now and it's been owned by the Farmer family this whole time. One thing that is impressive is a lot of their employees that will be working on your home have been with them for over 20 years which I believe is pretty uncommon in the plumbing/drain cleaning business. Why would you use anyone else?
mary m.We had an issue with a clog in the sewer. Happens about once a year. Our regular guy had a personal emergency and he recommended another guy. That guy was full up. He recommended a guy - he was out of town. So, we just decided to call Roto Rooter. They charged us twice what our regular guy charges us. I asked if they charged extra for Sat. he said no. We paid 130.00 on 8/20/18 to our regular guy and 250.00 to Roto Rooter. Why would they charge double what someone else charges? Wish I had called around some more or asked what it would cost. Beware it will cost you a lot to use this company.
Karen D.I had Roto-Rooter out to help with an inside drain that was not draining. First, I'm not sure they fixed it. It is still filling to the top, of course we have had so much rain, I can live with that. While here they inspected my toilet, and sump pump. Was told I needed a seal or new toilet. They said my sump pump was working fine. For some reason, the next day my sump pump wasn't working. It is now ""misaligned"" and I am in danger of my basement flooding until I can get someone NEW out to fix it. Curious!
