I got robbed by this guy. He lied through his teeth to quote me the price, did a shoddy job and just was a nasty person to deal with. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from such businesses.

They left my elderly aunts bathroom a mess, and had to come back the next day because of a leak he caused puting the trap back together. He then charged her another $308 on top of the $500 she spent for the tub drain rodding the day before. I called christine the manager and asked her why he charged her and all she did was defend the worker (so called Tech). She in no way was going to admit fault for the leak. I am in a similar Trade and was out of town at the time. and I was the one that called them for service at my aunt's house. I really do not reccomend them for anything. Call your local Plumber. You pay the same and they do a better job because they strive to make a business. Rotorooter is already a big buisness and all they care about is the almighty $

Will never use them again. We had water backing up into our floor drain and called them to come clear the lateral since we've used them in the past at our house for the same issue a couple times. The guy who came out said he could not clear the lateral with his machine and suggested it could be a collapsed pipe and he'd call about getting it scoped. He was able to get the floor drain working at least, but less that three months later it was backing up again and once again he stated there's a lateral issue. I called up my local water utility and they recommended getting a second look from another local plumber and he was able to completely clear out the mature roots that they were unable to clear out the first or second time. It was also a huge pain to get any refund from them regarding their failure to properly do the job, eventually they refunded the cost of the second plumber which wasn't nearly as expensive as they were.

All in all, they're overly expensive and do shoddy work. I do not recommend them at all.

The rep from Roto Rooter came to our home on the same day we called and gave us an estimate of services before starting work. He cleared the sewer line from our home to the street, cleaned up and returned everything to its original state in less than an hour. He was courteous and explained the work to me - and the final invoice was the amount he quoted. Great experience, nice tech! I would call them again.

Russell Moore was the tech who cleaned out my clean out drain and removed a large mass of roots. He did an excellent job and I am hopeful we will not have a backup for another 5 years or do. Russell was extremely polite and cleaned up after the job. He explained everything as he was working helping me to understand exactly why this happens periodically. He even gave me some suggestions to help keep the tree roots at bay as long as possible. Thank you.
