Kurt M.We had Roto-Rooter out to replace the sewer lines from the house to the city sewers. Work was done quickly and professionally, despite a few glitches with the city information (not the company's fault!)
They filled in the trenches and re-poured the sidewalk section they had to dig up. This is where I have the problem. The sidewalk section had sunk, making a large drop in the sidewalk, which is a tripping hazard. I have asked RotoRooter to come out and either fill or raise the sidewalk section. I have called several times - the first time I was told they would be out that week. Didn't happen. I called back, and this time I was told I had to leave a voicemail for the general manager. I did, and no response.
The work was done well, quickly and professionally. The follow up and corrective work leaves a lot to be desired.
Basically, 4.5 stars for the work, 1.5 stars for the follow up and after work service.
