Called for a leaking washer. I ran it for the first time in a new house and it flooded the floor. It took 4 days to get an appointment, called on a Saturday and the call center did not relay my message to the office. Then the plumber charged me $180 to tighten a valve (didn't replace anything), he did not run the washer while there. After he left, we ran the washer, it turns out the floor drain was backing up. I paid $180 for the plumber to do absolutely nothing.

We've had roto rooter at our house 4 times in the last year. They have a great attitude and fix the problem the best they can. We rent and the landlord won't fix the issue. I'm very grateful for the timely manner that our problems are taken care of.

So disappointing. Terrible experience. I asked for a quote on a shower insert. They told me if I didn't schedule a quote today it would be ~month before they could give me a quote. I had to miss work. The quote was outrageous. They gave me an arbitrarily high number without any details (no details about labor vs material...nothing). After I called them out on their outrageous price...asking them to explain the bid... the office manager (cari) called me ""paranoid""...then when I told her I would tell everyone I knew about my experience...she told me I was ""threatening"" her. I told her I was going to write a letter to the franchise heads...she said ""go ahead but they will not care."" Then she told me she was recording the conversation so she could review it with her boss. I told her I did not consent to being recorded. She said she could record me without my consent.Terrible experience!!!!

Backed up sewer line and partially flooded basement is was an unpleasant surprise early yesterday morning. I was impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of service from Roto Rooter. Kelly responded to the call and came out and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable, experienced and easy to work with. If I have an issues in the future, he will be my first call.

i am selling a house and needed some plumbing done to sooth the inspector of the buyer so i gave roto rooter in lewiston the list and they forgot to do 2 small things so the inspector came back and said these needed to be done so we can close i called roto rooter and they admitted they were wrong but instead of coming right out to fix my bathroom they said they could not fix my bathroom for almost 10 days most companies would come right out especially when i had paid almost $2000 so i said that we could not wait that long as we had to close the property the office people could not give a crap so do not do business with these people in lewiston as they dont give a crap about their customers after they have your money

Amazing customer service!! I would call them for any of my plumbing needs at any time. Their line to call and then have someone call you back in the morning is perfect for the midnight emergency that you need help with.

They also spent time educating us on ways to prevent future problems and how to troubleshoot things in the future. A nice change from people who fix it and walk away.

I may not be able to prevent all my plumbing problems in the future but I know I have a great resource to call when one arrises or just when the water levels in my sump pump doo!
