This review is based on my experience with the dispatcher. I called to ask for emergency
service at a Walmart in waterloo. The dispatcher who never gave me her name was very short and seemed annoyed to be taking the call , but I was still very nice and placed the service call. She said they would be there at 2pm . About 30 min. later I had one of the girls in my office call the office back and see if we could send them a work order. The same dispather was again short and rude and said that they would be there Monday or Tuesday, it was Friday morning when I placed the call. I thought there was some confusion so I asked the call to be transfered to me. I was very nice again and asked if there was some confusion because I had just place the order myself, she rudely said ""well things changed and now we will be there Tuesday"". I said that was fine but I think they should have called us and told us because it was an emergency. She them started yelling at me saying she was going to call, and hung up on me. She was awful awful awful. I am going to complain to her supervisor.
