I have nothing bad to say about my whole experience with this company. I called because of a clogged sink. I was told they would try and fit us in. 5 hours later they arrived.

Zach was very helpful and answered all our questions. He was very explained all about how the plumbing routed around the place and how to keep it clean. He cleaned up after himself, even wiping down the cabinets.

As he was finishing up he mentioned this was a routine clean up job and would be cheap. He was right, I was happy with the amount and the service.

Absolutely Love these people ! We had sewer back up in basement this morning and they came with in 4 hours .Did FANTASTIC job and were very reasonable .Will most definitely use them again if we have to .

This business is a complete scam and unfortunately for them I have recorded every phone call and have proof of Katie, the front desk lady, constantly lying and contradicting everything that has came out of her liar mouth. They're trying to charge additional fees even though I have proof of paying in full. Avoid like the plague. Horrible business and I look forward to spending everyday of my life to turn their customers away.

One of the few ""plumbing"" businesses to answer their phone or show any interest in helping. Was also reasonably priced. The guy (unfortunately I don't remember his name since it was weeks since he was here) that came out to help me called me ahead of time to make sure I was home when he was in my area. I had just left my house, so I turned around to meet him. He was friendly, professional, and hard working. Hopefully I'll never need them again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to use Roto-Rooter. Highly recommend.

We called because the laundry room sink was plugged. They came, made a huge mess and after three hours they charged us $385!!

So grateful to Roto Rooter. We needed the tree roots cleaned out of our sewer line and had water backing up in our basement. Called Roto Rooter and they came in about 30 minutes. The drain was cleared and the service was affordable. Would definitely recommend them for drain work, particularly in emergency situations.

Wanted to share our great customer service experience with CR Roto-Rooter on 7/3/18. We were scheduled for an afternoon appt, but got a call from Crystal asking if they could come out earlier since they had an opening. Brent was the service tech and was very friendly and professional. My kids were at home with me and the younger ones were very talkative with Brent and he was so nice to answer their questions and let them ""help"". He was done within 25 minutes and it is working great now. Very pleased with service!

My daughter,s sewer backed up on a house they had just moved into. Was told by many co workers call Roto Rooter. What a mistake! Got an over the phone estimate to come fix it. The Guy had to come back 2 more times so 3 total to un plug the sewer line. Soiled the carpet, left hand print,s on the door. And then after i was give a price over the phone.An added charge was added because the worker had to come back so many times. Cause he did not do the job right!!!! never again call someone else!
