Your tech, Kawika, did an outstanding job clearing our main drain blockage. He was on time, very professional and very friendly. He made our plumbing emergency about as pleasant as possible. We even had a nice conversation about the items that caused the blockage. Thanks Kawika. Great job.

Sam at Roto-Rooter saved our christmas dinner. It was 3:00pm on Christmas Eve. Family was coming over at 5:30pm. When I got home from work, I found out that all our toilets and showers drains were backed up. I tried plunging for 30 min., I tried using Draino, No success. I new then, it was a mainline clog. After 45 min of trying, I looked on Yelp to find any emergency plumbers that were open on Christmas Eve. Thank goodness Roto-Rooter was open. Sam showed up around 5:00pm and was done with snaking the mainline by 5:45pm. My guests were running on hawaiian time. They started showing by 6:00pm. Thank Roto-Rooter and Thank you Sam. You saved my our holiday!

I'm really torn writing this review, because the tech who arrived at the house did a great job clearing the clogged drain. From start to finish he was in my home for just 30 minutes. He was courteous, wore a mask and cleaned up completely. I would welcome him back any time. The problem is with Roto Rooter. I called on a Sunday afternoon when the kitchen sink wouldn't drain. They said they could send someone out. ""How much would it be"" I asked? The agent said she didn't know but the tech would let me know. A few minutes later a scheduler called to let me know they could have a plumber at my house in 30 - 45 minutes. Again I asked the price and again I was told they didn't know but that the plumber would tell me. Around 90 minutes after my original call, the plumber arrived and informed me they use a Flat Rate pricing system, presented me with a printed sheet that showed the various services they offered and told me that to clear my sink drain, the cost would be $375 plus tax! At this point, I was trapped. I had waited long enough on a Sunday afternoon that it was unlikely I could get another plumber out. So I paid the exorbitant fee and had my drain cleared out. I've learned two things - never accept a "" we don't know the price"" service and NEVER EVER call Roto Rooter again. I would warn everyone to learn from my mistage

TL;DR is at the bottom. I had a simple plumbing job that needed to be done in a hurry and to be fair I did not do a lot of research before hand. Found out afterwards that I was charged about double what the job would have cost and needless to say felt scammed. I contacted customer service in search for clarification as to why this happened where I talked to a Pat Swanson. He turned me over to a ""local team"" who consisted of a Darren Jennings, Fred Gampong, and Troy Goodall. Weeks later, this team has made no effort to contact me back despite multiple efforts on my end to reach back to them. I am extremely displeased with my entire relationship with this company and would not recommend it to anyone who isn't an Fat Joe and can make it rain with bills to throw around. Do yourself a favor and be smarter then I was. Knock out some research on that smart phone of yours and save yourself a giant headache by just skipping over this company. TL;DR This company's service is such garbage Oscar the grouch wouldn't touch it with a ten foot poll.

If I could give zero stars I would. They wouldn't confirm a rate over the phone when scheduling and then took advantage of my wife who was home with the babies and charged over $600 to unclog a toilet and snake two slow drains. Was there for just over an hour. Unreal that a national chain company would be so unscrupulous.

Excellent Service! We have them come and snake our pipes every year due to the age of our house and pipes. James was wonderful and went over and above he used a camera to show us where the issues are in our pipes and even gave me his cell to call if anything happens and for future since we have such a unique situation. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues that you need resolved.

Just had my house plumbing completely redone with new copper pipes to my bathrooms and kitchen. I had four estimates and the guys at Roto-Rooter were the most professional and came up with a very competitive bid of $10,500 while using all copper pipes that are heavy duty commercial grade. The crew took three days and were great to work with and always kept us informed. If you need major work done, call these guys. They were easy to work with and did a great job. John Dyer was the lead supervisor on my house. I highly recommend him, but expect most of the plumbers at this company do a professional job.

My pipes were clogged, a simple call to roto roofer and Paul came to fix the problem Great service with a smile

I was mortified when my plumbing began backing up. Roto-Rooter was able to respond within a couple of hours of my call and was very good at communicating when the service guys were running late and when when they were on their way. It took several hours but they got the job done and left me a happy camper. They also ran a camera to show me the clogs (turned out to be flushable wipes!). They also recommended a high PSI flush of the pipes but the cost would have been over $900 and just couldn't swing it.
