They tried to charge me almost $300 per hour and I called them out on it and they reduced it to $150 an hour which was still too much in my opinion. A friend also used them and experienced the same overpriced tactics and he called them out on it too and they reduced his bill significantly.

After another contractor charged me money to come to my house, look at my leaking bathtub faucet, and not finish the job, I called Roto Rooter. Gray, the technician that came to my house, came the same day, fixed my leak in under an hour, and was very courteous and professional when he did it. He also cleaned up after himself before leaving. I highly recommend Roto Rooter.

Y'all don't ever have to worry about me calling for service ever again. From the lady that rudely called to inform me about the service fee that is NOT specified on the site (she said that when you schedule the appointment online, corporate charges them and they in turn charge the customer. Since my fiance never heard back regarding his inquiry, I did one. Not only did I receive an email just as their site said I would but I also received a very rude call)to your rep Cody who no called/no showed for my service appointment this morning, to the same rude lady saying he had until 5 to show up(even though he was scheduled from 8-12 AND she knew y'all closed at 5) to the rude after hours person. Truly unprofessional from start to finish with this experience. My mother in law recommended y'all but I guarantee she won't use y'all again. At this point, if does happen to show up, he will be turned away and I'm not paying nothing to this company.
