Richard was extremely professional, empathetic and hardworking. He has been here all day doing everything he can to make sure my house is safe and sound. Hired 2 other companies before hand and they didn't do half of the things Richard did today. Patch work vs full inspection of the plumbing; like Richard did today. Thank you for fixing the flooding and clog in the plumbing for us. The last few days have been stressful and I feel very confident knowing that the problem is FINALLY resolved appropriately!

Jeremy came out, by the time he got here my daughter had tightened the pipes. pulled a flapper? and said was not working, but did not have a replacement with him. Put old flapper? back in. He seemed strange but told my daughter no checks, then changed his mind. $193.33 for this call. did not help at all. I called 3 times and no answer. for this call. I called their office next morning and was advised He only came out for the pipes, and to install new flapper would be considered anther call, $193.33 I asked him to send someone who could give me an estimate cost of re piping , the old pipe,He told me $4000. to $6000. This entire episode upset me and extreme disappointed, and I tried to buy LOCAL. Not at this business. Price. My home is small. the staff was ok, but refused to return any money to me. very disappointed with them, price wise, SINK STill fills up with water, will not drain, cost of them on another call, 193.33 (.I am not from San Francisco as stated under name) Have not heard from owner as yet. Disappointed with this company with his name on it.

We are finishing a total redo of a condo on the beach that required re-piping the copper w/ CPVC.(condo owners take note). We also changed out the tubs. I'm a retired GC & know what's what. Steve and his crew are the real deal. After reviewing the 4 bids I received, we chose Steve because of his knowledge of product. Work is almost complete, and they win """"best sub"""" on our job. All was done right the first rime and they completed the task on time and on budget. Prices were within range and we are happy with all their work and product suggestions.

I really appreciate Roto-Rooter having Saturday appointments so I didn't have to take off work. Andrew showed up on time and finished in less than two hours. He removed and installed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. The price matched the quote they gave over the phone ($129/hour labor, since we had already bought the equipment). We will use them again when we need a plumber.

Great emergency response this evening w/ toilet and tub all backing up. Very professional and thorough help. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter of St Aug!

The technician couldn't fix my sewer clog because it was under the road. City's side and he couldn't get it to unclog. He called for a camera to be run (which us included in the price he informed us), camera person refused to call us back. At this point it had been a week since we could flush or shower. I called supervisor, he wouldn't call me back. After several more days I ended up messaging corporate office. They made the supervisor come run a camera. But I am the homeowner and was talking to him , he was very dismissive. When my son walked out he just stopped talking to me at all , if he did answer he was again dismissive. Tried to tell me it was in my yard less then 40 feet away when me and the technician both, separately ran 100 foot electric snakes and couldn't reach it. Worst experience ever . Not the techs fault.

I *wish* Steve had been available in the short turnaround time I had on a remodel of an older manufactured home. He was recommended to me and was already knowledgeable about an obscure piping problem that manufactured homes can have and which I wanted to correct. He gave a detailed estimate and lots of helpful information in his assessment. I regretted not waiting for him to be available!

Quick service response and had images from a previous visit before I moved in. Pricing was competitive. Tech was knowledgeable and competent!

My husband and I bought a fixer upper home. During a home inspection, we were told that when the house was built, the bathroom sink, bathroom tub, kitchen sink, and laundry washer were not connected to any wastewater discharge pipes. All the water running down our drains were spilling into the crawl space beneath the house. I had Roto come take a look into connecting our pipes, specifically the kitchen pipe. Roto came and made repairs. Awesome. Unfortunately, we recently had an AC company come to repair a fallen duct. The AC guy informed me that water from our bathroom sink and tub was spilling directly underneath our home. To my surprise, I called Roto. Because I did not specifically request that additional pipes be connected, outside of the kitchen, they did not touch anything. Oddly, our washer was connected. I'm disappointed that Roto was not thorough, and didn't do the job completely.

I had a simple job to replace my bath handles but everything was performed incorrectly. I still cant believe they charged me $129 for a job my 13 year was able to fix. I have photos of the job but am unable to upload them. I would have done it myself if I was around. Issue 1: the person fixed the broken handle but failed to tighten the handle so it just spun when trying to turn on the cold water. Issue 2: The put the handles in pointing in the 2 different directions. The cold was facing south when off and the hot was facing west. I called to get discount but they did not call me back. Live and learn.
