I've used this company for over twenty years, as a commercial customer. They have never failed to deliver. Their team is smart, capable, and prompt. Their prices are on par with most other plumbers. I give Roto Rooter my highest recommendation.

I had a plumbing issue and called into the receptionist to schedule an appointment. At that time, she was a little rude. When the appointment came, I called to check in for an estimated time and the same operator made a disparaging comment and hung up on me. I called back and she all of a sudden was nice. The plumber came out in the afternoon and said it was a bigger job needing more time and could he (Rick) do it on Monday. I got a text on Monday with Rick saying it was too big of a job and they didn't have the manpower to do it and left. Not only did they not leave the problem the way he found it, but created a new leak and now cannot use the bathroom sink. I texted Rick and he said it was his associate who didn't put back correctly - no apologies or anything. How can Roto-Rooter not be able to handle a bigger plumbing issue? This was the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Now I am behind in getting the problem fixed right before Christmas. They are disgraceful.

Our plumbing was backed up on one side of the house. I called several plumbers who said they were too busy to help. I even had one plumber tell me that he wasn't interested in clearing a clogged line. I called Roto Rooter and they came out the same day. Austin and Wyatt assessed the situation and identified the problem (lift station malfunction). They stayed until after 5pm to make sure the job was complete. Our plumbing is back up and running and my family is very thankful. Life gets so busy that I believe we are all guilty of taking things for granted. Reach out and thank a plumber for their hard work. Thank you Roto Rooter! Incredible staff, professional service!

Kitchen sink was clogged and needed updated connections, they knocked it into with great attitude. Arrived within 20 mins of my calling the office. They are also doing a great job replacing my septic tank and drain field!!

They may have a 5 star rating, but I cannot say, because they never showed. I had an appointment this past Friday, June 4, 2021. When I made the appointment, they couldn't give me a window, so I had to sit home all day waiting. I called at 11:19 to make sure I was still on the schedule. They said that I was. They never called to let me know that no one would show up, but no one ever did. So I sat here the entire day for nothing. I have scheduled an appointment with another plumber for tomorrow. At least they gave me a window (9:00-11:00 am). Hopefully, they will show.

Two days and 4 hours of labor at $185 per hr to fix a leaky faucet seems excessive. Not to mention the time between visits.

This company is terrible, i would never recommend this company. They over charged my parents by 600.00 and absolutely would not refund them. After asking to speak to a manager multiple times, to which they would never call my parents back, my mom gave up. Please don't ever trust this company! -Lisa

The worst business I have ever dealt with. The receptionist on the phone refused to give me an invoice prior to authorizing a replacement and installation. I was expected to accept their price without approving the equipment being installed. The tenant complained that when they entered the home they shook the faucet and made the leak worse, acted unprofessional and left the residence. I can not understand how a receptionist is allowed to speak to customers the way that she does, southern hospitality doesn't exist with this individual and quiet frankly she is incapable meeting the request of a customer or a business. This company lost my business strictly because of the receptionist, what do they care... they make $185 from anyone that decides to trust them.

Had a small job, just needed a copper water line disconnected and capped off. They went the DIY route and used a SharkBite cap that they just shoved onto the end of the pipe. I expected professional work, using a copper cap that they sweated onto the pipe for a permanent fix. Also, they charged me $42 for the cap that costs $7 at Home Depot. 600% seems like a pretty steep markup for parts! If they would have alerted me ahead of time as to their procedures I could have done this myself and saved the $225 for two minutes of work on their part.
