Kitchen and bathroom sink final hook up. The technician was timely and professional. The company was reasonably priced and willing to work all the way up in Walnut hill. I would recommend and will use again in the future.

Today Jeff came out and made sure the kitchen sink was draining perfect. Jeff was polite and professional and stayed after it until the job was complete! This is the 3rd time using Rotor Rooter in years past and they have always done a great job!

We called early on a Monday morning about our clogged kitchen/washer drain. The woman who took our call was kind and courteous. Technician came out at 1:30 the same day and had it fixed in an hour. He also had a great attitude and did a great job. I'm not sure how their price compared to others but honestly I had no issue paying because they came out and fixed it so quickly. The initial estimate is free so you don't pay until the job is done- not sure about the other reviewer who said his payment was demanded up front. That doesn't make sense. Anyway, I recommend!

Tried to hire them. I was told that they don't schedule time slots, that said,we will try to get to you today or first thing in the morning. Then they want you to wait at home until a tech is free and then they will call to let you know that they are ready to take your job. Then no one call and you spent a whole day waiting. So you call and find out that you were forgotten about and that the person will leave a memo for the day shift to call you first thing in the morning. That doesn't happen either, I called the office again and the lady was confused as to why I was upset. I call a local handyman and he was there working within 40 min.

The so called plumber they sent had a terrible attitude and big mouth. Most of the time he was talking to him self. When he talked to me he sounded angry and agitated. It took an hour and a half to figure out the disposal was bad. He ran down the way the pvc pipes were run. He wanted $225 to replace the few inches of pipe under the sink that were not a problem.

I was wary of Roto Rooter after having read all the complaints about them online but was pleasantly surprised. Our sewer line became clogged outside. We tried to clean it out ourselves for a couple days, rented a rooter from HD but it was not strong enough. We finally gave in and called Roto Rooter following our neighbor's advice who had used them also. Don, the plumber, came out the next morning within 30 min after the Roto Rooter notified us. He was very professional and courteous and finished the job in 40 min, then checked to make sure the clog was gone. We wish we would have called them the very first day we discovered the clog but now we know who to call. By the way, I also called two plumbers who came recommended by the plumbing supply place and discovered that they would have charged the exact same amount to unclog the line as Roto Rooter but only if the job took one hour or less. After that one hour, they charge their regular hourly rates of $90-$120 per hour.

They charge $194 per HOUR for work. Office staff rude. I called another plumber for same quote. They gasped when I told them the hourly rate that these guys use. The plumber I called only charges $79 for the service call, quotes the job after inspection, gives a bid quote to do the entire job, credits the invoice for the $79 paid and THEN BILLS for payment. Not Roto Rooter! They quoted me by the hour w/ a minimum to job of 3 which would have been around $600 bucks (not guaranteeing that it wouldn't take longer) and they wanted payment UP FRONT. Unbelievable. I'm not sure what has happened to this company over the years but I'll never use them again nor will I refer them to anyone. They say that customer satisfaction is their #1 but I think I need to make a call to corporate on this one. This company picks and chooses who they will do business with. Zero humility. I'm eager to see what their response to this review is. I speak truth. People who cheat others with greed hate truth. Good luck with the business guys. There are better companies out there.

Worst plumbing company EVER! I do not recommend to anyone, if you would like to call some one out to break something then leave it and charge you for it this is the right company for you!!! 0 stars!!!
