Excellent service!! Highly recommended! Came out on Sunday fixed the problem fast. Thank you so much!! On behalf of Debbie Norberg!

Too bad they don't show up... had an appointment between 10-2. I was advised at 2:45 that they were running late. At 4:45 I called and was advised that I could reschedule for the next day as they were not showing up. I took the day off for this appointment. I lost a day's wage. This company is completely inept, unprofessional and unreliable. I wish I could give them negative stars. You cost me money and unnecessarily wasted my time. Zero consideration whatsoever.

Had a big mess today in the bathroom ... toilet seal broke water was backed up from toilet to bathtub was having a bad day till Yony Horsford Mota showed up. He was very kind, funny and super knowledgeable he did a great job was very clean and I would recommend his services to anybody. Thank you Yony you saved the day! Dora & Sue

I only give a review this bad if it's truly deserved. I have used Roto Rooter before. There prices are obscene but sometimes you just have to bite the bullet. I needed my sink line snaked again. Its stupid easy. No big deal. I had a 25' snake but that wasn't long enough. I was willing to pay 200-300 just to get it resolved. I called at 6:15 and was promised a service call between 7-9 PM. OK.. At 8:30 I got a call saying it would be 10 because the techs were running behind. Ok. At 9:30 I got another call saying it would have to be the next day some time after 12 noon? So much for 24 hrs service. Why the delay? Apparently there were 20+ calls ahead of me. Somehow no one knew that when they scheduled me the first time or called the second time. Absurd and unprofessional. So I ran to Home Depot and rented a 50' snake and fixed it myself in about 7 minutes for 26$. Never again. When in doubt, call a real plumber. They are cheaper and won't yank your chain.

So today we experienced a massive backup, I located Roto Rooter, called them, and they gave me great service. On a Sunday, we were given a 4 hour window, and when Latron tech #0441 arrived, He was so professional, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He located the pipes he needed to focus on based on the info we gave, and went to work. I always love it when companies find great people, and this young man is a gem. He took such great care of us, and I'm so grateful. Thank you roto for having him as a employee, he is worth a million in my opinion!

They sent a severely inexperienced guy to unclog our kitchen drain. After three hours, he could not get it clear, and said he would put in a ticket to have another plumber come to """"jet"""" the line. He flooded the kitchen, made a mess of the cabinet under the sink, and left a trail of muddy footprints out the door when he left. After an hour of waiting, I called them back, but they did not have anything in their system about sending the second plumber. We gave up on then and had another plumber come the next day. He cleared the pipes in under an hour and charged us about half of what we had been quoted by RR.

The charge me $450 for a """"Leak Detection."""" The plumber took advantage of the fact that there were no females at the house. He advised us a leak detection was complicated and there were various things he needed to do. He walked around the house for 10 mins and said there was a water filter missing and it was causing a leak. offer to fix it for another $300. Needless to say, it was an easy fix that took me ten mins that I did myself after watching a youtube video. When I turn the water on my home was flooded because there was a pipe missing under the sink. The plumber never went inside the house while doing a leak detection lol. he spent less than an hour at my house and charged me $450. when I complained they said if I let the plumber put the filter on they would've found the other leak and told me if I didn't pay they would put a lien on my house.

If you are looking for prompt and courteous service, use a local plumber. ROTO ROOTER has become a national phone maze. My tech did not show in their """"2 Hour"""" service window and when I called to inquire why, I was greeted by a disinterested and distracted young lady, who couldn't tell me when or if he would arrive. Then the day after, I get contacted by one of their """"customer satisfaction"""" people who left a number that when I called back, no one could find him. I called a local plumber who was at my house in 90 minutes, charged a reasonable fee, and did a super job. USE LOCAL!
