One toilet wasn't flushing well, so we called a local outfit. When that didn't solve the problem, we called Roto Rooter. They came out the next day, found where the septic tank lid was, and took the top off. THERE was the problem: The tank needed pumping BADLY. In less than an hour a separate truck came up and they pumped the tank empty. The first guy also installed a new toilet as we'd asked him. No more problem! Both guys were very professional, skilled, and quick. We'll remember them. They even came out to Monticello!

In May of 2020 water was coming out of the ground and running down my driveway. I called Roto Rooter. A pipe had burst and and the repair was a simple one. However, the repairman appeared to be in a hurry and after he repaired the pipe he instructed me to turn the water on after 2 hours past. To be on the safe side I waited 4 hours before turning the water on. He gave me no other instruction other than to turn the water on after 2 hours. After I turn the water on the pipe burst again and the repairman made another trip the next day. This is when he explained that the water should be turn on a little at a time and the faucets should be running. 6 months later my water bill was 100 plus dollars for the next three months. I finally noticed that the same pipe had burst again. On March 3, 2021 I called Roto Rooter and to my surprise they treated it has a new job. I spoke with the repair person and asked if he could return to turn the water on after the repair. He explained to me that he would have to treat it as new called and I would be charged accordingly. This past Sunday morning I noticed water running down my driveway and yes, the same pipe was leaking again. I paid $264.00 the first time Roto Rooter came to my house and I paid $253.00. The second time they came to repair the same pipe that they repair 8 months prior, I was charged $261.00 dollars. I've paid over $500.00 to have one small section of the same pipe repaired. Roto Rooter does not stand behind their work.
