Great service at a great price, my toilet was clogged and I tried and tried to plunge but nothing worked. I called Roto-Rooter, they were quick, efficient & informative! 10/10 would recommend & call again!!!

Talk to them on September the 30 was told they would be in my home the next day waited all day with no response from anyone called at 1 pm on October 1 and he stated that he would not be able to come till tomorrow very unprofessional and rude. The guy didn't even know what insurance companies he takes. Ridiculous!!!!

First of all, they were late coming with no phone call. They finally arrived and I wish they hadn't. I needed faucets replaced and had all needed materials. Too bad they didn't know how to do the job. When they finally figured out what to do it went downhill from there. They used towels from my linen closet (no they didn't ask) to mop up water! They gouged my sink multiple times. They left old hose particles and water under the sinks when they were finished. They didn't even take old parts with them. Just dumped them in the tub!! To add insult to injury, they couldn't even provide an invoice. Just asked for a check. They were nice young men just not plumbers. Take your business elsewhere.

I recently set up an appointment to get a quote on plumbing work (several issues). The plumbers arrived, and I showed them what I needed done. They were certainly personable enough, and the head plumber said he would have the quote to me by noon the next day. He never called. He never sent an e-mail. So I called and left a message with a not-so-friendly woman in the Roto Rooter office. (Not rude ... just not friendly. Her tone suggested that I was interruping something """"important"""" on her end.) So then I called the plumber directly (I had his direct number). No answer. I left a message. I called again two days later. Nothing. My recommendation: take your business elsewhere. I did.

after the plumber replaced the pvc pipe in my floor and set the toilet on a friday afternoon, the toilet tank leaked so bad i had to shut the water off to the tank. i was charged 175.00 bucks to repair a problem that didnt exist before my toilet was set. saturday I repaired the tank leak only to find that the toilet still had leaking at the base as was the original problem. i called the valdosta GA number and was told by the guy that answered it that he would contact the tech and have him come back to tighten the toilet to the floor. as i had another bathroom, i replied i could wait. then, for the next 3 days noone would answer the phone 229 247 6830. i finally spoke with someone on tuesday. i explained the insanity of the situation and yes, i could tighten the toilet tank down but if i cracked the toilet i would be responsible. i finally did tighten the toilet to stop the leak around the base, fixed the toilet tank and still got charged the entire amount for a job i had to finish. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. if you do, get your tools out. youll need them.

I am not someone who does complaints online. The woman at the company was rude to my husband and myself and she used inappropriate language with my husband after we did not want their service. I called on a Monday and she scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. The employee came out and checked the issue and told me a price and said it could be a little less or a little more. The quote was $500-$700 with $85 an hour, plus parts. The company that was to pump the water from under the house was going to cost $200. Roto - Rooter was supposed to have a company come out and pump the water from under the house on Wednesday. The company did not show up and we did not receive a call. Thursday, the employee from Roto - Rooter showed up and said the water under the house had not been pumped out. I called the woman at the company and told her that the man did not come. She said he had even though her employee said the man had not come. She quoted a different price from the price the employee told me. She said it would be between $800-$1000. I told her that we would not be using Roto - Rooter. She said I owed her $250 for the man coming to pump the water out from under the house. We went and looked under the house and she had someone come out Thursday afternoon after we had left home. She covered herself on that one because her own employee knew that it was not done Thursday, when he came out. She hung up the phone on me and that is when my husband called and talked to her. She was rude and he had to tell her about the language she was using. I do not recommend this company at all. You do not raise the prices and talk to your customers rudely when they are going to be paying for the service. Not being truthful is one thing I cannot tolerate at all!!! Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Integrity, Honesty, and Personal Courage is what I take seriously. I am a female who has retired from the military. The employee was not disrespectful, he was a nice guy.

They came out to install a new dishwasher on Friday. The installer did not run it through a full cycle. They left and I loaded the machine and it would not go through a full cycle. The error code indicated that it could be an installation problem. They did not come out on Friday to fix the problem. They said that they do not work weekends. The install crew mentioned that they did work weekends. I didn't get a call Monday morning, so at 11AM I called roto-rooter and could not get an answer. I then called Lowe's and they told me that it would be Tuesday. I purchased the dishwasher on 18 June and it will be at least the 27th before it MIGHT be functional. This is unacceptable on part of Lowe's and this company that was commissioned to do the work.

Trying to get an appointment to get a Dishwasher installed to no avail...Seems there's only one person who makes appointments and they never seem to be in. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
