Giving these folks five stars!! Called them out today (yes, Thanksgiving)! Got here within about 2 hours of the call. Great attitude and service. Thorough. Good price! They even gave my mom a senior citizen discount.

We had a backup last week and do not have a 2 way cleanout. A week ago I had no idea what this means. After a visit from Mason and Trevor I know everything about 2 way cleanouts, pipe bursting, sewer main access locations, etc.

Mason from Roto-Rooter showed up and not only fixed the issue but took the time to educate me about the internal plumbing in my house.

He not only fixed the problem but set me up with enough information to make decisions in the future that I feel comfortable with.

The job last Saturday also required an additional plumber. Trevor was not only professional but open and honest in sharing his opinion of the state of our plumbing.

Roto-Rooter a great company. We had plumbing backup throughout the house today, 12-24-16, called and within 2 hours Jose was at our door, super nice and knowledgeable guy, ended up being a two man job so Mason arrived to help, another super nice and knowledgeable guy. They got the problem fixed, they were happy to help us and explained everything to us. I would not hesitate to call and request either one of them. Thanks again for sending Jose and Mason!

These guys deserve all 5 stars. Our kitchen sink was completely plugged up. Their first opening was later that day, but they called a short time later and said they were available to come earlier if I was available. They knew we were anxious to get our kitchen back in working order. Diego came and he was great. He was polite, efficient, and careful not to drag anything into the house or create a mess in the kitchen. He cleared up the drain problem quickly and cleaned up everything when he was finished. The bill was not a penny over the estimate. And a few weeks later I received a Thank You note. How many Thank You notes have you received from your plumber?

I'd pass on these guys unless time isn't an issue for you.
Had a drain backup and these guys were referred. Was given a 2 hour window, but you that feeling when someone tells you they'll be there but you know they probably wont? 1.5 hours go by and no call. I had to call. Then called again at 10min till and they said maybe another 30 min. They then claimed they didnt know where the driver was. (cell phones anyone??) . He wasn't picking up, at lunch, etc... I wont go into the details of the ridiculous back and forth with the office person, but we were committed because it was getting late. So basically the guy rolls up about 3 + hrs after I originally called.
The guy did the job fine, but the baloney around when he was supposed to show up was dumb. I don't understand why these small businesses sometimes feed you lines and times when they know they can't deliver or are over booked, short staffed, etc,. Why not just be honest so no one wastes time.

Called at 8:30 pm on a sunday before a holiday. They were here by 9:30, got our drains unclogged super fast. Diego was easy to work with, and a fun guy to talk to.

Called at 4pm, phone agent indicated person would come between 6-8pm. Joe the Rooter guy came at 6 sharp. He was courteous and honest. I was hesitant to use this company since I was told they were expensive. Cost for 1hr of work of snaking my main line and ensuring my sink didn't back till anymore was priceless. Joe gave me additional tips for future usage which hopefully will help me out. Will use again most definitely. If you call before 5pm you are charged 199.95:Hr. Just to note too, I calls 10 other plumbers before them and no one called me back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We called for a shower drain backup on May 1. On July 11 had same problem. They said it was warrantied for 4 months back in May. Came out charged us another $234, left the bathroom dirty and said the ""codes"" didn't match. Left the bathroom towels dirty with gunk. Talked to a supervisor today who said it was two different problems. Gee everything else works except that bathroom line--""how can it be two different problems"". Their ""warranty"" means nothing because they switch codes. I will never use these guys again.

Our situation required immediate response and Roto Rooter showed up within 45 minutes after calling. We could not have been more happy to see the van arrive in our parking lot. Our problem was solved quickly and efficiently. We are keeping this number on file to give to anyone else that might need the same kind of help. Thank you Roto Rooter!
