Lori S.I called a couple of weeks ago and left a message. I never heard anything back from them. I called again today and no one seemed to know what to do. There was discussion of a list that they were working off but no real appointment was made.
I ended up calling another company and service was completed the same day.

I cannot express how pleased we were with the emergency clean-up job we received after our plumbing backed up and caused our basement to flood with sewage. The trucks arrived at my home within 20 minutes of my panicked 4:45pm call. They worked well into the night to get the situation under control, communicating with me each step of the way, then went home to rest and came back first thing in the morning to make sure the job was complete. It was determined/recommend that after the snow melted in the spring, we'd need some additional work done, and we just had that completed with the same outstanding customer service we received from them this past winter. This company employs truly caring people (special kudos to Brock and Chris) and we will not hesitate recommend your services to everyone we know!

You stood by your work and kept checking on the issue until you were certain the line was cleared without charging us any additional fees from the original quoted job price.
