He was perfect., Showed up on time, called to keep me informed as to the progress on the continuing problem, and fixed it...Perfectly. I find Roto Rooter to be a fantastic company to work with ... If your ok paying a $200 service fee, plus $200/hr plus paying for the techs drive home (which could be over an hour) then give them a call! You could spend a minimum of $600 for someone to show up for 10 minutes of work. That is insane.

Roto Rooter came out yesterday after I had an emergency plumbing situation. They answered late at night and were available the next morning after moving a few things around on the schedule. The tech they sent out - Eli - was one of the best service experiences I've had and I've been through multiple home remodels, I've been a real estate investor (about 6 multi-dwelling units) and I have a father and father in-law who were in the home service business in some capacity. Eli was courteous and communicated well both in his arrival time and when he arrived, how he diagnosed and explained the problem in layman's terms. He finished the project quickly and at a very reasonable price. The thing that stood out was his genuine care for my situation and wanted to make it right. I would definitely work with Roto Rooter again and I'd request Eli for my next job!

i never write revievws, but people should watch out for these plumbers!!!! Worst service in the valley. Charged me 12 hrs for a dripping shower??? Wanted to charge $9k to fix some leaks. Gave them permission. They charged me $3k, then decided not to show up an hour before work was to start???? Service manager (Ben) was very rude. Didn't care about the appointment or the 40 people in the building they affected. Save your time and money.

If you want to pay $275.00 for a disposal installation where you supplied the disposal - go ahead - and you get to listen to the tech on his cell phone the entire time. When we called to complain - no response. Tell everyone you know how ridiculous this company is....a complete and utter rip of with less than zero customer service. What a cracked up $95 deal on their yelp ad is that to answer the phone?
