Clearly getting fake reviews. This is the second time they have told me they would come and do a job and then just didn't do it at all.

The first time was a couple of years back, came to look at a job and then said ""We didn't bring our tools.""

Never called or came back.

This time, told me they'd be up ""this evening"" then a few hours later ""tomorrow morning"" then ""we can't be bothered.""

I would have trouble sleeping at night if I ran a shop like this. Waste of time and fresh mountain air.

Have used Durango RR several times. Always a prompt response with professional service. Left a message with their Answering Service on a Sunday. Call was returned Monday at 7:00 am. Very reliable.

Our condo in the Purgatory area has an ongoing issue with a clogged drain. I called Roto-Rooter and they had someone out there within 24 hours. Their service person Lance and his partner (sorry didn't get the name) where courteous and professional. They went out of their way to explain the problem to both my wife and I. The news that we got was not good about the clog and it will likely be an ongoing issue but they took some steps to help us free it up and gave us solid information about how we can help prevent it. Thanks Lance.

Got next-day service for a clogged drain pipe that I spent 3 hours trying to clear myself with a hand snake. The technician was knowledgeable, polite, and fast - my problem was solved within 30 minutes of his arrival. I visited the office later that day to purchase septic tank maintenance products and found the staff there to be friendly and informative. Will definitely use again.

Very unpleasant experience. They can not figure out how to send emails or bill correctly. I called in three different times to give them my email address so that I could be billed. Each time they did not enter it correctly. Finally they call me, aggravated that I have not paid - they have still not billed me!!! So I give they my cc over the phone and ask for a bill and receipt. Wait two weeks, never receive bill or receipt. Call back again and find that I paid all sorts of late fees.... when they are the ones that could not figure out how to send me an email. On top of all of this incompetence, I feel like I overpaid for the service - they were probably at the house for about 15 minutes and the bill was over 100 dollars. Awful experience.

We had a plugged kitchen sink we had rotor router come out they allegedly snaked 65 feet and then they left the problem was not resolved additionally they did not tell us when we called them to come out that number one there would be an additional charge just to carry a piece of equipment into the house also did not tell us in advance that we would be charged $1.09 per mile from their location to ours. The bottom line is that they did not fix our problem we had to call in another plumber to fix the problem

Replaced a hot water heater with OLD plumbing with an oversized
new unit in June. We live in Austin, all work was done unsupervised, RR is incredibly reliable and did a fantastic job.

Roto Rooter responded SO quickly to an emergency situation at Alpine Animal Hospital. Our water had to be turned off and major repair had to be done. It's hard to run a veterinary hospital without water. They made sure to give an estimate before the work was done, and the job was completed quickly and at a reasonable price. Professional and courteous! I will call them first with my next plumbing issue.
