Junior at Roto-Rooter showed up promptly and discovered our problem was a full septic tank. He, his supervisor & the manager of our mobile home park found the septic tank rather quickly, in the rain. Junior ordered the pump truck & returned with the truck this morning. He was very courteous and polite and did a wonderful job of backfilling the holes dug to locate the tank. I was very impressed!!

Called around 8:30am, described plugged drain problem, paid BEFORE service (I normally only pay after a job completion), Junior arrived around 1pm, checked out the house plumbing, snaked the washing machine drain and the guest bath drain, all plumbing AOK now, Junior is very personable and describes what and why he is doing what he is doing to correct our problem, would call Roto Rooter again for a plumbing problem.

I have a plugged shower drain because of the age and design of the shower outlet pipe and even though the serviceman that came out was unable to help us he showed us where the problem was and that the next step would be to get a plumber out. The reason for this review,is that the serviceman (Junior) was about as nice and knowledgeable as you could hope for. Nobody likes having to pay repair costs but it is service people like Junior that help comfort homeowners.

The add below indicates they will get to your needs soon- I call early afternoon yesterday the charged $137.00 TO MY CREDIT CARD BEFORE THEY WOULD SCHEDUAL A SERVICE - MY PIPEs IN HOUSE WERE TOTALLY PLUGGED. It is 9:30 am next day and no phone call or contact with the emergency service I requested and paid for and was promised - NATA.

I have canceled the service request and did the work myself. They said they would refund my CC charge allow 24 hrs for this - It was charged fast enough - while I was on the phone. Might check with other services before these guys they are NOT responsive.

Despite having an emergency line that picks up on the weekends, they don't offer service on the weekends. So pro life tip for everybody out there, don't have plumbing issues on the weekends. Only during business hours during the week. /s

Quick scheduling in Gold Beach, very fair pricing and I got exceptional service. I had a serious clog in my RV toilet. Junior went the extra mile and finally got it unclogged. He also told me how to avoid the problem in the future. Highly recommend!!!

Very abrupt, came out to find my septic tank lid, they dug a 4 foot hole and left, they were supposed to come back out and never showed up, they called me 3 days later and still hasn't showed up, horrible service

we called roto rooter for a plumbing problem in our master bathroom. we were glad to hear on the front end what the potential charges would be so we knew what to expect. we were also glad to see patrick arrive within 45 minutes of our call. we were impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. it was also nice to learn that he lives locally in brookings and will more than likely respond to any of our future calls.
