Adam came out to install a new toilet. He did a great job! Highly recommend Roto-Rooter. We switched to them from another plumbing service. They were able to fix what the other couldn't after numerous visits.

Update: As noted below, I did receive a receipt a few days later and it does say 180 day warranty. HOWEVER, the worker told me verbally it was a 1 year warranty and I know this for 2 reasons: I wasn't going to have the work done because $200 was a lot to spend for someone snaking my line and I knew I could find it cheaper (no damage was being done) and 2) my partner was standing right there and heard the 1 year, too. Also, I discussed the entire thing with the person on the phone when I called to make an appointment and she didn't correct me or dissuade me from saying I had a 1 year warranty on the work. Without a warranty, I never would've called them back since they didn't fix anything the first time. Waiving the $50 service fee for showing up after I waited almost 4 hours is a moot point since because of the above. So glad I found a better plumber who stands by his word and his work. (All Good Plumbing.)

In January, they came out to snake my main line. The guy told me I would have a Year warranty on the work. I called this morning (November) bc it is clogged again. I told the receptionist all of this. She set it up to have a guy come out. He finally arrived at 4 pm to tell me that they only have a 6 month warranty and it would be ANOTHER $200 to snake it again. We are very careful about what goes into our pipes and it's obvious they didn't really fix the problem the 1st time but not only do they not stand by their work but their employees either don't know their policies or are really bad a communicating. Never using them again since I wasted an entire day waiting to be told it would cost more $$$.

A few days ago we had a pressure tank start leaking badly and so after shutting off the well pump called Roto Rooter. They quickly had Conner out to take a look.

He quickly diagnosed the problem, went back to town to get the necessary parts, and returned and quickly had everything fixed. Couldn't be happier with the service Roto Rooter and Conner specifically provided, and the cost was reasonable given how quickly they had someone out. We were only without water for a couple of hours tops.

You obviously hope to never have to call a business like this, but when you do... I highly recommend these folks.

Connor just came out, within two hours, and unplugged our drains. He was very fast, inexpensive, competent, and cordial. It's 12/22 and no one else seemed available. My husband even mentioned how friendly and helpful the receptionist was. We couldn't use any water fixtures so this is very much appreciated. Great service in every way!

I have been using this company for over 20 years. From my own home to the workplace.
I oversee maintenance on a skilled nursing facility in Auburn . I have called these folks many many times over the years. With anything service related there are days that we win and some we lose. These guys make it right . From Septic services , to drain cleaning and plumbing. You will be glad you called them

I contacted the company about this problem and spoke to Adam. He was willing to listen and after several phone calls the company has compensated me some of the money that I spent on the plumbing work. I am still upside down financially and with tenants wanting to move out. At the same time I do appreciate that they were willing to try to make amends and learn from this experience.

Had an emergency plumbing problem on Sunday night (broken pipe) and had to turn water off to the house at the street level. Called every plumber in town but all were busy. Called Rotor-Rooter and they said because it was an emergency they would send someone as soon as they finished the job they were on. An hour later Parker called and said he was on his way. He did an outstanding job. All employees we dealt with were so kind and professional. A big thank you to all, especially Parker Leskody who was so impressive. He is just a nice man that did an excellent job. He exceeded our expectation.

We recently had a whole house back up and we're unable to flush, shower, anything! I called Roto Rooter in a panic by and the office gals were so pleasant and sympathetic, and got their tech out within hours.

Joe showed up and was incredibly pleasant and efficient. He was incredibly patient and kind, and was happy to debrief my landlord on the situation. Within an hour he had the problem fixed and let me tell you, this mama couldn't be happier!!

Thank you all for helping us out! We will absolutely be using you again (but hopefully not anytime soon!)
