My mom water heater broke and they quoted my mom once price and after they installed the new water heater they doubled the price and took all of my mom social security now she can't buy food or pay her mortgage and can't pay her bills. DON'T CALL THESE GUYS! Live in LOP now -called RR- paid $112. to put an auger in the toilet. Upon leaving, plumber told us (seniors) to pull the toilet and see what's clogging it! (That's why we called a plumber!) Really? Nothing fixed! In and out in a few minutes.
Called another Plumbing Company and they replaced our pump float in main sewer- the real problem! Obviously RR needs more training or more plumbers that know what they are doing. Very disappointed and a waste of money.

A big thank you to Adam Hale for coming out to my workplace to fix an issue with the plumbing. The building is super old, and we weren't sure of the main issue of why the plumbing was slower than normal. Adam came out on Saturday, 4/18 to assess the issue. After many attempts of searching, he finally found the culprit. Said he'd be back early Monday morning.
Today, Monday morning, he was there as soon as we opened to start working, fixed the problem, and even cleaned up after himself!! Now that's a professional! Super impressed and will highly recommend him for any plumbing and drain services in the future! Thank you!

I needed help with a leaky faucet and was astounded that it would be 200$ to replace the cartridge! (Probably 10 minutes of work) When I told them it was too expensive and not to fix it I was stuck with a $45 fee for them coming out. If you are thinking of using them get a price before they come.

What a blessing Parker was coming out first thing in the morning to unplug our sewer!
He was very personable, knowledgeable and clean!
Parker took the time to explain what was going on and how we could avoid it in the future.
He also came back the next day to scope out the sewer drain to make sure the pipes were in tact as we are in a older area.

Christmas weekend, clogged sewer drain

Called Rhonda and within minutes this great dude Keith arrived with a smile on his face. Keith busted the clog and made my day!
