I contacted the company about this problem and spoke to Adam. He was willing to listen and after several phone calls the company has compensated me some of the money that I spent on the plumbing work. I am still upside down financially and with tenants wanting to move out. At the same time I do appreciate that they were willing to try to make amends and learn from this experience.

Had an emergency plumbing problem on Sunday night (broken pipe) and had to turn water off to the house at the street level. Called every plumber in town but all were busy. Called Rotor-Rooter and they said because it was an emergency they would send someone as soon as they finished the job they were on. An hour later Parker called and said he was on his way. He did an outstanding job. All employees we dealt with were so kind and professional. A big thank you to all, especially Parker Leskody who was so impressive. He is just a nice man that did an excellent job. He exceeded our expectation.

We recently had a whole house back up and we're unable to flush, shower, anything! I called Roto Rooter in a panic by and the office gals were so pleasant and sympathetic, and got their tech out within hours.

Joe showed up and was incredibly pleasant and efficient. He was incredibly patient and kind, and was happy to debrief my landlord on the situation. Within an hour he had the problem fixed and let me tell you, this mama couldn't be happier!!

Thank you all for helping us out! We will absolutely be using you again (but hopefully not anytime soon!)

We have a granny on our property that is built on a slab foundation and the plumbing backed up into the house! NOT GOOD! We had a major repair done a few years back with MR. Rooter in the same place. We called them first and they sent someone out that supposedly cleared the clog, but a day later the same thing happened! They did refund the money that we paid to have the clog cleared. We told them that we needed to have it fixed so it didn't happen again. They said they would send us a quote. We waited a week and no quote. We then called them back and they said they didn't want to do the job!
We then called Roto-Rooter and they came and put a camera in the pipe and found a large clog. Guess what, when Mr. Rooter fixed the broken pipe before they ended up pouring concrete down the the clean out pipe! Roto-Rooter pulled out huge pieces of concrete and that fixed the problem! Roto-Rooter showed up on time, did the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The two that did the job were Keith and Adam. They were nice and polite and very efficient! I now have a new plumber!

Outstanding service. They came out on super short notice on Sunday of the July 4 weekend. And in the evening. We called a couple of other plumbers but of course they were either taking the day off or did not respond. These people are top notch.

My mom water heater broke and they quoted my mom once price and after they installed the new water heater they doubled the price and took all of my mom social security now she can't buy food or pay her mortgage and can't pay her bills. They ripped her off big time. They wouldn't take time payments. They take advantage of the elderly

DON'T CALL THESE GUYS! Live in LOP now -called RR- paid $112. to put an auger in the toilet. Upon leaving, plumber told us (seniors) to pull the toilet and see what's clogging it! (That's why we called a plumber!) Really? Nothing fixed! In and out in a few minutes.
Called another Plumbing Company and they replaced our pump float in main sewer- the real problem! Obviously RR needs more training or more plumbers that know what they are doing. Very disappointed and a waste of money.

A big thank you to Adam Hale for coming out to my workplace to fix an issue with the plumbing. The building is super old, and we weren't sure of the main issue of why the plumbing was slower than normal. Adam came out on Saturday, 4/18 to assess the issue. After many attempts of searching, he finally found the culprit. Said he'd be back early Monday morning.
Today, Monday morning, he was there as soon as we opened to start working, fixed the problem, and even cleaned up after himself!! Now that's a professional! Super impressed and will highly recommend him for any plumbing and drain services in the future! Thank you!
