What a blessing Parker was coming out first thing in the morning to unplug our sewer!
He was very personable, knowledgeable and clean!
Parker took the time to explain what was going on and how we could avoid it in the future.
He also came back the next day to scope out the sewer drain to make sure the pipes were in tact as we are in a older area.

Christmas weekend, clogged sewer drain

Called Rhonda and within minutes this great dude Keith arrived with a smile on his face. Keith busted the clog and made my day!

Fast, friendly, efficient... I can't say enough kind words about this company. I've had to call them too many times then I would have liked to in the last few months, and they have always been very responsive, let me know what the problem is, how much it will cost, and fix it right away. I even made an appointment online once, without speaking to anybody, they were there within an hour to help us.
Roto-Rooter is the first place I call. Adam has always been so kind and helpful. All of the staff has. Great customer service.

I was desperate to get a toilet fixed on a Friday afternoon. I called 4 other plumbers who were too busy before I reached Roto-Rooter who sent someone out immediately. Pat Miller was wonderful. He knew exactly what was wrong (dirt in the flushing mechanism) and fixed it in minutes without having to replace anything. The charge was very reasonable. Pat was friendly and very knowledgeable.
