Nah. Not worth using if they have a service charge of $95. Basically if they show up and don't do anything at all, even if the guy just shows up to take a look and says everything looks good, they'll still charge you $95. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for your plumbing needs. (Side note, there was no mention of a $95 service charge whatsoever during the initial call).

Left message Sunday afternoon, in need urgent help due to a leak near the water heater in the kitchen of a restaurant. Never heard back, was expecting at least someone to check on Monday. But nothing.

I've used Roto-Rooter for years to fix plugged drains. They do good work and are quick to respond.

This is the rudest, most unprofessional business in the Valley. My wife called them to fix a leak in the plumbing. The woman on the phone told my wife they would call in the morning. She called at 5 am! We were not expecting a call that early so she was not up yet. But my wife did get up at 5:30 and called back. The woman from the office proceeded to lecture her about not being by the phone at 5 am to answer the call.
She did agree to have the plumber come over around noon. So the plumber arrives and tells my wife to turn on the water and then turn on all the bathroom faucets full blast. Then he tells us that he has to go to his truck to get a tool and he LEAVES with all the faucets still blasting!! We didn't even realize he left until the rude woman from the office called back and told my wife "" you will need to find another plumber, he went to another call"". My wife responded "" how are we supposed to find another plumber right now?"". The woman responded "" sorry"" and hung up the phone on my wife!!! Stay far away from these people. They have no business using the Roto Rooter name.

Love these guys! So efficient, professional, wear their masks, identify the problem and fix it. We put in a new bathroom and they cut through the concrete, no problem, and got all new plumbing done in no time. I would recommend them without reservation.

Called Rotorooter to unclogg a waterline. They used a snake to remove the debris. Nothing came out. Only loosed it up. They said the line was clear. All they did was loosen the debris. So it clogged back up. Called the company and they said it doesn't have warranty. They charged $185 per hour and only worked on it 10 minutes.
Bad service all around.

Excellent customer service from both the lady that answered the phone at the office as well as the technician. They were prompt to give me an appointment and to show up for the service call. They fixed the issue and were reasonable in their pricing. Thanks Roto-Rooter I will surely keep your number.

My sink was clogged up and nothing we tried was working. We have cheap ABS pipes that the builder glued together to make our lives miserable to save themselves a few bucks. On top of that, we had a drain bladder AKA ""blow bag"" attached to a garden hose stuck in the pipe after taking advice from a hardware store employee. Don't ever try that. Anyway, I called Roto Rooter on Thursday at 4:30 pm. The receptionist was polite and scheduled us for a 9am appointment the next morning. They called me when the plumber was on his way, and Richard was here shortly after. He was friendly, and after explaining my problem, he got right to work. There was no standing around chatting and wasting time. He clearly explained everything he was doing, what my options were, and how much it would cost. It ended up being less than I expected, and his drain clearing is guaranteed for 3 months. Happy with my choice, and would call them again. Thanks Richard!
