I had contacted multiple plumbers/septic companies to relocate our failing septic system. It was a difficult job. Every company I contacted either didn't follow up with me, couldn't figure out a solution, or just didn't want to deal with a difficult job. Grant and Brody came out to look at the situation late Friday afternoon and by Monday morning we had our bid. They did an EXCEPTIONAL job! I checked in a few times while the team was at work and every one of them was professional, hard working, kind, and positive. They left our yard looking better than it did before they got there. I couldn't be happier or more appreciative of all their hard work. Thank you!

Drivers are horrible. Waiting to get gas at a gas station and as the car in front of me was pulling out and I was pulling in their driver flew into the gas station and nosed into me. Came in pretty fast for towing a tractor in a united rentals trailer. Sat there for 5 minutes and wouldn't move. I would have moved if there was an open pump but there wasn't and I had waited for that one. Definitely don't wAnt that type of inconsiderate and rude person doing anything with my home or businesses.

Roto-Rooter did it again!! Y'all are always available for anything I ever need. Joseph came out and helped snake the drain that we needed to be snaked and he was so professional and kind. He also gave us some advice on some things and i truly appreciate his input. I would highly recommend him and the company. I have used RotoRooter several times for various calamities and maintenance. They have always been very friendly, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and finished each job in shorter times than expected. Appreciate they give an estimate up front and have never exceeded the amount quoted, but many times lessened it. Technician David Fonseca is excellent!

I had a Home Depot delivery and the delivery guy broke my valve under my kitchen sink. I called Roto-Rooter and David the plumber came right out and fixed my problem.
