I called because of the reviews I read. A plumber came out within 3 hours. Unfortunately I need a new water heater. I wasnt sure if it was true. When I asked if if was something we could do at home he was honest and said yes. I will for sure call back for any other issues and refer them to anyone who asks.

Roto Rooter did an awesome job unclogging my floor drains in my restaurant. We made the mistake of calling another plumber that just came up in google search and couldn't do the job; NEVER again! Roto Rooter is now our first choice for our plumbing needs. Our service tech John was Great!!!

They did a horrible job on my septic tank removal and addition, they ripped out the grass, broke pipes on our sprinkler systems, threw the dirt everywhere and even in our drive way, left a mound of dirt, when the dirt/grass were level, when I called they said if it's not in the work order we are not doing it or fixing anything. Worst customer service I have ever had, would have given them 0 stars if that was the option. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Called after hours last evening when our plumbing place that we have used for 30 years unfortunately stood us up-- why?? New younger owners & yes I hate to say it less responsive & responsible.
In need of a clogged toilet , pine pellets I learned my lesson. No puppy training pellets in the toilet.
Toro Rooter sent out promptly this am CHAZ.. very Professional, hard worker, explained what he was doing as he did it to my husband. Eventually was able to get those almost concrete pellets that swelled & stuck in the drain dislodged!! Thank goodness! Without it costing a body part, even on a weekend.

Ken was amazing! We had an appointment with another company, where the guy was late. We called Roto-Rooter instead and Ken arrived within the hour. He was friendly and efficient. Provided a fast fix and great customer service.

Ken looked around where the smell might be coming from he proposed a smoke test to be sure where the problem might be coming from. No work has been he has to come back when he has another team member and not as windy. Hopefully when he comes back the problem will be solved for good. He was curtious explained my options well.

Unfortunate for us, we have bellied pipes meaning I need to have the plumber hydrojet our lines periodically. Fortunately though, we have used this company every single time and have always been pleased. They set up services immediately, show up on time (even a little early sometimes), the techs are always respectful and knowledgeable, and the prices are completely fair. We also used them to pump our septic and they were done quickly and even removed and disposed of some roots we had growing. We highly recommend this company.
