Had both bathrooms overflow on Sunday out of nowhere heard a water pressure sound and then water just started coming up. One guy came out within 2 hours, couldn't find a mainline went on my roof and pushed something through, everything was okay until Monday morning. Took a shower and everything came up again! Called Roto-Rooter once again since the service would be under warranty, so when the new guy came out who they said would be a supervisor he was extremely friendly and just honest with I appreciated(not that the other guy wasn't). He examined and determined they would need to dig up to get to the mainline in front of the house and then see what is going on, sure enough tree root! inside the pipe blocked the camera so then they had to jack hammer into our spare bedroom to get to that part of the pipe that had the root and then run the camera the rest of the way to make sure there was nothing else. They added a mainline to the house replaced the pipe in two areas, hydro flushed as well and set up my toilets properly since water came from under. Overall the service was great, and they handled the problem quickly. Ken was the one who handled everything, and was fantastic, going forward if anything else occurs I will be calling and asking for Ken only.

This is the second time we have called Roto Rooter to help us out. We have been so happy both times with the excellent customer service! Julie was extremely friendly and helpful and sent someone out in less than an hour to help with our leaking hot water heater. She gave us the $20 discount listed on the website (even though we didnt discover it until after receiving our estimate). Ronnie gave us a quick and fair estimate and completely replaced the water heater in record time. He also made sure we would know how to easily reach him should we have any concerns about the repairl We couldnt be happier. No wait at all to get our house back in working order, really appreciated!

We called Roto-Rooter after having called a different company to come out to our house that not only over charged us...but couldn't even fix the problem. We had only called Roto-Rooter to get an estimate for a clogged shower. The prior company had told us we had to replace the pipes in our restroom (that meant breaking the wall, shower and floor) and gave us an estimate of $3,800. (that was just to fix the pipes. That amount didn't include fixing the walls, shower & floors again.) We had already called our insurance (which wasn't gonna cover the entire cost) they had already came out to our house. The adjuster advised us to get a 2nd opinion/estimate. So we did just that. Roto-Rooter send Ken out to give us the estimate. We explained what was going on. He asked if he could take a quick look. If he could fix the problem he would than charge us for the job done. If he couldn't than we would go ahead with the estimate. What took the other company 2 hours and still no solution !!!! Ken was able to not only fix the problem in less than 10 minutes. He saved us about $5,000 and a huge headache ! I definitely recommend Roto-Rooter. Ken was very knowledgeable, kind and got the job done. (sorry for the long story =) )

The service was outstanding and the technicians were superb in their knowledge. I was dreading having this service performed, but it really went well. Everyone was on time, the 1st technician to arrive was actually an hour early. I appreciated the calls from your office letting me know they were on their way.
The pump truck driver said our septic tank was badly rusted and won't last much longer. How much does a new system cost?

Last night I had what i figured out was a main line sewer block (I am on septic). Spent hours and hours cleaning up the flooding. I called RotoRooter after midnight and scheduled the technician to come in the morning. Chaz arrived even before scheduling (they called to let me know he was coming about 20-30 minutes prior to arrival - thank you!!) and he was polite, clean, understanding the situation AND understanding of my own personal incredibly difficult financial time. He explained everything clearly and proceeded to unblock the clog with their commercial size snake - all within about 20 minutes. I am so grateful for his professionalism and also his calm and kind manner. Back to normal now and hopefully no more giant problems! There is also a 90 day warranty, just in case. I will definitely call RotoRooter in the Victorville/Hesperia area again. Excellent experience and thank you very much!!! A satisfied customer..

Called and spoke to Barbara, she told me the price for an angle stop replacement was $277 ($52 more than the other company, but they had already no-showed) and someone would be dispatched promptly.
I asked her ""can you please call me when you have an approximate eta to my home. It's 8:30 at night and i already had one company cancel on me."" She assured me she would.
An hour later after no phone call AT ALL i called to cancel my appointment. I felt moderately bad for her when she said she was new at the job and assumed that the technician would call when they had a time, but i'm the one with the leaky toilet at 9 pm, so my sympathy levels were depleted for the day.
The ""office manager"" called my cell back 20 minutes later leaving a voicemail asking what they could do to gain my business.........
Um, how about having someone call me back within an hour and actually coming out to my house.
Don't advertise an after hour service if you can't deliver.

Was disappointed after all of the good reviews. Called in the morning and was told I would receive a callback when they were able to set a time. By 3 PM I still hadn't heard from them, so I called another plumber.
At 5 PM one of their guys showed up, no call.
I had to leave for an appointment, but my wife was home, and informed the gentleman that since we hadn't heard back, we secured someone else to do the job. She said he was, in her words, ""pissed"".
All we needed was better communication!
I would suggest that in the future you would give a 'courtesy call' if you are extremely backed up.

Update: received a phone call and apology this AM, which was appreciated. I upgraded them to 3 stars for trying to make things right.
