We had a slab leak and we called Roto-Rooter who sent Ken Woods to check it out. Ken came over, was very nice and pretty much knew where it was and quoted us a very decent price. He was also very patient until we decided to go ahead and have him do the job. The day he came, he brought over another associate to help, Michael. Both of these gentlemen were very professional and knowledgeable and completed the job in great time! I highly recommed Roto-Rooter!

With the recent winds that we've had up here in the high desert, the cover to my jacuzzi flew off and sheared off my water spicket valve causing a huge deluge of water.

Now this happened the morning of Thanksgiving Eve. Not having anyone else to call, I contacted Roto Rooter. They told me they would not have an opening until between 2 and 4 PM but that she would do her best to get someone over.

Not long after my conversation with her a representative by the name of Chaz came over. (Hope I spelled your name right) Chaz was very professional, courteous, and explained everything. After he took a look at what happened, he quoted me a real decent price to take care of it. I highly recommend their service and I'm thankful for them being available the day before Thanksgiving when most places are either closed or have minimal hours.

Wonderful experience. As always, a plumbing issue on the weekend. Roto Rooter came first thing Monday morning and quickly figured the problem out, resolved it and back in working order. They left everything neat and cleaned up. A shout out to Nic, our plumber, he was very polite, personable and efficient. Well done. Thank you and highly recommend Roto Rooter.

So we called the Rooter due to a full tank of poo. After reading all of the other local plumbing reviews it seemed that they all had the same thing in common. A lot of good reviews with some one star reviews about bad customer service or overcharging for services. From what I was seeing they all seemed the same and that wasn't helping in our decision. We ended up calling the Rooter simply because of the classic jingle.... ""call Roto Rooter that's the name and away go troubles..... down the drain"" well we hit brown gold with these guys ! Not only did they immediately send someone out ""thank you Jose'"" but big Joe came right after with the poo pumper and cleaned out our brown trout tank in no time flat. The price for everything was reasonable and the service was superb. We will definitely recommend this company to anyone with poo problems of any kind.

We just bought a home and the water heater started having issues immediately after getting all of our services on. The warranty sent out Roto-Rooter, and both Ken and Ronnie were both punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. We ended up having the water heater replaced, and Ronnie made sure everything was put in perfectly. Would definitely call them again if we had another plumbing issue!

We were very disappointed with their service. They claimed that they pumped and inspected the septic tank. They gave us quote to replace the tank, which was very high. We had 2 other companies come out and estimate the cost to replace. Roto-Rooter was twice as much to do it.
when the company came out to replace the septic tank was almost full. We did not have any problems with the leech lines or septic tank for 21 years and they tell us that the tank failed which we knew it would as it was original to the house and that the leech lines failed and if that were the case we would have had problems with overflow long before now, as in one week the tank was almost full with one person living in a one bedroom with no laundry and showers once a week. They said they have documention that they pumped and disposed and yet its their word against ours, and no way to prove. $575 to pump and inspect and then another $300 to pump prior to removing septic tank. FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO YOUR SEPTIC WORK. THEY GOUGE LITTLE OLD LADIES! BEWARE....

Recently had them pump our septic tanks. Great customer service and quality work. We have only been in our house 3 years and a previous company who shall remain nameless certified our tank before we moved in. Little did we know we had two tanks. Rotor Rooter advised us that based on the size of the house that company should have known that there was two.
I would highly recommend Rotor Rooter they are honest and provide quality work, I will use them again for sure when need. Since then have used them for a few other issues and they are quick to respond and reasonable.

Had a leak at the back of my fridge, called Roto Rooter expecting an appointment in a few days, maybe the following week. They scheduled me for 8 am the next day. Technician (John) was there right on time and with everything he needed for the repair. He explained what the issue was, how to fix it, and even taught me a couple things about plumbing. Repair was done quickly, and John was really friendly. Highly recommend.
