My husband and I went through our home warranty company and was referred to a horrible company. We then decided to forego our warranty and call Roto Rooter after three days of no hot water. Ronnie came out and diagnosed our unit. He was thorough with his explanation of diagnosis and his options of repair. We decided to replace the hot water heater was not pressured into it. Ronnie had my home back up and running with a new hot water heater in less than 24 hours. No more showering in the RV or boiling water to wash baby bottles!!! Thank you Ronnie; you are an angel!!!!

These guys are awesome!! Prices are really good and affordable. I called them on a Monday to get my septic tank pumped and they came the next they. They also made sure to show me that both sides of the tank were empty. I really recommend them!

I called and asked for a estimate to replace a water pressure regulator value. I was told they had to come out before they could give an estimate. The technician came out and acted as if he discovered it needed a water pressure regulator value and gave a estimate of $675. I told him immediately that was too expensive for the work. I called another company they asked a few questions, did they have to dig, how and where was it located. They then gave an estimate of $300 over the phone. They came out and replaced within an hour for $300.

He gave me a timeline so I can make a project list. I am grateful that he stopped our slab leak before it caused more damage to our foundation. I appreciate that he explained what he was going to do before he did it and asked for our permission beforehand.

Monica in the office was great when I called for Help. She gave me an approximate time a technician would be out and called me back as soon as he was available and on his way, provided his name and was just great.

Steve our plumber was FANTASTIC!!! He was determined to get my clogged sink fixed. He put in the correct pipes under the sink and fixed the little hiccups we had created trying to fix it ourselves. He was very informative as to causes and fixes to our problem and provided useful information to help us keep our drains running smoothly. He was very friendly, polite and NO PLUMBERS CRACK!! LOL Seriously he was professional and my entire experience was great! Would definitely recommend them and if needed (hopefully not) will call them right away.

Had both bathrooms overflow on Sunday out of nowhere heard a water pressure sound and then water just started coming up. One guy came out within 2 hours, couldn't find a mainline went on my roof and pushed something through, everything was okay until Monday morning. Took a shower and everything came up again! Called Roto-Rooter once again since the service would be under warranty, so when the new guy came out who they said would be a supervisor he was extremely friendly and just honest with I appreciated(not that the other guy wasn't). He examined and determined they would need to dig up to get to the mainline in front of the house and then see what is going on, sure enough tree root! inside the pipe blocked the camera so then they had to jack hammer into our spare bedroom to get to that part of the pipe that had the root and then run the camera the rest of the way to make sure there was nothing else. They added a mainline to the house replaced the pipe in two areas, hydro flushed as well and set up my toilets properly since water came from under. Overall the service was great, and they handled the problem quickly. Ken was the one who handled everything, and was fantastic, going forward if anything else occurs I will be calling and asking for Ken only.
