Called to have work done including a new regulator and locating and fixing a leak. Nicole came out when it was convenient to me and was able to provide a free quote for the work done. Ryan and Manny arrived on time and completed the job within a day. We had a completely blocked sewer line that occurred after hours. I made an on-line appointment for the next morning. I received a call at 8:00 am saying that the technician would be at my home at 9:00 am. Right on time! Joe and Nicole ""double teamed"" the problem, found the blockage due to a hole in the line w/ significant root intrusion, and another root intrusion farther down the line that would have been the next problem in short order. They came up with alternatives for a permanent fix. I said ""go!"" By the end of that day, by around 6:30 pm, the total repair was completed and you'd never know they'd been here at all. A team of many folk were here off and on during the day to get it all completed. Joe was lead on the project, and a real professional. It was obvious that he cared and wanted to do it right. It wasn't inexpensive, but I was VERY impressed with the professionalism, quality of their tools and equipment, expertise of each person who ""worked the problem"" to completion. Thanks to Joe, Nicole and the whole team.

Over priced. Simple leak. I was totally misled- Marc told me water damage was serious and my ENTIRE bathroom would need to be ripped out and remodeled and called a 3rd party company (YGM) to come test for mold that he said was surely there. Mold guy took one look and said no mold. Marc's supervisor came out and took one look and said no water damage. My insurance claim was then canceled and then I was stuck with bills that I was told I would NOT have to pay. Not sure if he's bad at his job or if I was tricked into a bunch of unnecessary costs.

Joe was great and fixed plumbing issue but I should have/could have done it myself. $820 was way too expensive for this fix.

I will NEVER use this company again. Don't trust them, especially Marc.

I called Roto router to replace a cartridge in my shower the lady Connie said someone would call me in one hour it was well over an hour I called back The girl said someone would call within an hour the second time 2 1/2 hours later Travis shows up he sits outside digging in his nose in his van then he comes in the house no mask no gloves and no booties on his boots he had to go back and put those items on then he comes in the house looks at the leaking Moen shower cartridge and says $700 but we have a good financial plan we said no thank you thanks for coming out that's too expensive we went to Home Depot and bought the same exact part for $29 install the cartridge our self it only took 10 minutes that is ridiculous $700 for a 10 minute job I went on YouTube and watch videos and did it ourselves thanks for nothing rotor rooter I said what I said hopefully this is within the guidelines this is my experience with this company

I reached out to Roto-Rooter on Monday to schedule a plumber for a simple faucet replacement. Should be a half-hour job. I was advised to call them to schedule and appointment. I called and was scheduled to have a plumber come on Tuesday morning (today). At 9:10 Tuesday morning, I received a text message telling me that there were ""a lot of delays in the area"" and that they were projecting that the plumber would be here by 1:00. At 1:26, another text that they were offering to make me first priority on Wednesday morning. I responded that I have better things to do than to wait all day for them to do what they promised to do. I added that if they didn't have someone here by 3:00, that they should never contact mt again. They quickly responded that there was a technician in the area who was just finishing a job and that he would be here between 2:30 and 3:30. I received a call at 3:00 telling me that the technician was on the way. He showed up, took a minute to look at the job and told me that he'd have to have an estimate written, but the minimum charge is $350. I already had an estimate from another plumber for $185, so I asked the Roto Rooter tech to leave. The experience was a waste of my day. They could have simply told me about their ridiculous minimum charge and I would have been able to spend my day doing something other than feeling foolish for calling these people. A rip-off business exploiting folks who don't know any better. DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY.
