Nicholas and his trainee saved out lives! Regardless of having a busy day, he showed up with a smile to help unclog our sewage line. In addition he was helpful in making useful recommendations for future services/ how to best up keep our sewage line. Both gentlemen were professional and completed the task quickly

Had a clogged toilet that I could not unclog. My hardware store bought hand cranked pipe cleaner reached the clog stoppage in the toilet outflow but would not bore through it or break it up. A ShopVac suction hose also did not dislodge the clog. I therefore called Roto-Rooter in the AM, Service crew arrived just after lunch the same day An industrial clog rooter was used to reach the stoppage in the toilet piping, break up the clog and allow regular flushing to resume. .We were reminded also to not just push the flush handle and walk away, but to push and hold the handle until the entire tank flows into the bowl. We were also discouraged from using double or triple ply toilet paper as they may contribute to the clogging. In any case, the job was completed, with a 30 day warranty, and I even received a senior discount. Great same day service.

This review is well deserved. My toilet had been clogged for a week and we finally have in to calling a Roto-Rooter. The girl I spoke with was very nice and said there would be someone here between 8-10 . Donnie arrived at 830 . Super nice very professional and was very informative about the problem and how he was gonna fix it. He got the job done and within the hour. I would recommend this company if your in need . Had a great experience with roto rooter. I had called a different plumbing company to clean my sewer line and they showed me a video of my sewer line that looked to be broken and said it needed to be replace. I called the experts Roto Rooter to get another opinion and my sewer line was cleaned properly by rhe tech and also showed me video of my line and it was cleaned perfectly. All roots cut out and I haven't had any problems since. I wouldn't use anyone else after knowing other company's couldn't do the work that it took roto rooter only 45 min to fix. Happy camper

After having continuous problems with my mothers drain I decided to call Roto Rooter they recommended a camera for my line I wanted to make sure the problem that they said was actually what it was (a possible broken/offset line) after 2 companies said the problem was something they couldn't fix another company gave me a quote which was a bit higher. So after choosing to go with Roto rooter the job has been completed no problems since! It was done in a good amount of time as I thought id have to wait a while and they were very nice to my mother and myself.

I had an ongoing problem with the venting of my plumbing. My mother's drains regularly make a glugging sound. The plumbers seem to have fixed the problem, but since I wanted to check for a clog in the vent out the roof, a possibility, it meant bringing in a 2nd plumber. So, they ended up snaking the roof vent, then a sink and the tub. Like I said, it got the problem I think, but ended up costing me $400! Pretty expensive for an hours work. Most of that time was waiting for the second plumber. I used these guys because my mother has a history of using them and getting a senior discount. Not this time. I think this will be my last time using them. I should of checked yelp first. Then I could of at least got a coupon.

We needed plumber on Christmas Day of all days.:( We called RotoRooter, They promised to be there within 1 hour and they kept their promise! The service was very professional and fast. And most important didn't cost us arm and leg. Very reasonable pricing for Christmas Day service!!
