NEVER will I use this franchise again, and nor should you. Tech came out on January 1 to clear a clogged toilet due to tree roots. He was drunk, but managed to get things moving. This morning I called to see if they have a 30 day warranty since problems were again beginning. Spoke to Mark. I assume he was the owner. Belligerent, nasty, extremely unprofessional, and screamed at me. Never, never, ever will I use them again. By the way, he is also the Atascadero franchise, same jerk.
