Was called out to fix a leak, in the process of discovery he ""plumber"" started to pull out the dishwasher and wound up breaking the fill valve solenoid completely off,now not just a slow leak, but a full on water flow. Said ""they don't fix dishwashers, turned the the water valve almost most completely off, but not.
Then left , next day I called the office, they said they would return the call. Two days later no return call, so called again, and still no return call.
Long story short they won't fix it and they won't cover the cost of the value .
They came out to solve a problem, caused a bigger problem and then denied any responsibility or compensation, and wanted payment for making a small leak a full on gusher . Not happy at all.

Roro-Rooter has cancelled on me two days in a row always waiting until an hour before arrival to do so. I have no working kitchen sink and a bed ridden parent, so this is not okay. I don't understand how such a so-called established business has scheduling so bad that the customer is left with no provided service for what will be 4 days if you do show up Monday. First it was yesterday the 11th, then today the 12th and now it's Monday the 14th. This is really poor customer service!

NEVER use this plumbing service. They do nothing and charge you absurd amounts of money. I got a simple service done and they did nothing and charged me $750. I had to pay another plumber to come and fix the work that they did.

He was professional, courteous and worked for a long time to fix a tricky plumbing issue with our older shower pipes that we are remodeling. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and Robert G!

I called multiple times, I always just got put on hold and had to listen to their adverts. I never got to speak to anyone. This was over a two-day period. If you want customers, you should answer the phone.

I had a plumber that came in to assess Billy Jenkins. He was amazing. I had two of my building backing up and we just couldn't figure it out. My tenants were horrified. He came to inspect got together a plan and explained the plan to me step by Step. The got the job done the best they could on a holiday. Came back to finish it up in no time. Everything worked out I was happy, the tenants were happy. They acted fast and prevented us from having a lot more damages. The team was just amazing if I could give out more stars I would. So my renters called and said carpet in master bedroom is soaking wet. I figured it was coming from the guest bathroom bathtub because it on the other side of the wall where wet carpet was. I had prior problems with drain getting loose and leaking water so I made sure to tell the roto rooter technician Ben to check the tub drain. He called me and left voicemail saying he checked drain and that's not the problem it's all dry under there and he has to knock down wall between bedroom and tub to find problem and it would be 1100$ to rip down wall and find issue and depending on issue it will be more. I said I'll hold off and I went to house and took off panel and looked at tub drain and it was soaked under there and I turn on tub water and sure enough it's leaking. So I go buy a $30 drain and fix it myself. Then I called manager Brandon to telll him about experience and I even emailed him videos and copies of bens voicemails saying he checked drain and it's dry and he needs to rip in wall and will cost thousand. He offered to go to rental and double check my work but never went and never called me back. I have videos, pictures and copies of voicemails showing technician was going to start ripping into walls and charging me thousands when issue was a $30 fix like I had told him and he lied to me. SHADY PLACE DONT USE THEM

Sonny was very polite and friendly and most of all, efficient. We had a burst hot water line located in our attic which caused a leak from the bedroom ceiling. It was after office hours on Sunday and I was relieved that Sonny was available. Thank you for a job well done.
