I called to have someone give me an estimate on my toilet which was leaking from the base. We had the absolute BEST tech named Jonny West help us. He called before he came over and was very knowledgeable about the issues. He had great communication skills and he took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. I was also impressed by the way he took his time to explain everything he fixed. I am very impressed and ecstatic that the plumbing issue was taken care of swiftly. I had a leak coming from my toilet and called Roto-Rooter. I was given to an employee named Johnny West and he took excellent care of me. He took his time, was very clean and above all extremely professional! I highly recommended Roto Rooter and make sure you ask for Johnny he is top notch!!

It took several trips but they were about to get my drainage problems fixed. Robert Crum, the project manager is great and very helpful as with most of the staff. But there was one guy that came out on a Saturday, looked at what needed to be done (Roto-Rooter already knew what needed to get done) and said he couldn't help me and left saying someone else would be out the next day. If it wasn't for him, I'd be giving these people 5 stars.

My garbage disposal was not working and I called Roto-Rooter they had someone out at my home the next morning early and the technician Aaron Lorenz came to my home he was friendly and quickly fixed my garbage disposal. In addition I am a single woman and did not feel uncomfortable with this technician in my home. He also was very knowledgeable and gave me some tips on how to maintain my drains ALL of which I had no clue how to do. I am very satisfied and will be using this company again.

Johnny West from Roto Rooter saved my day....on a weekend...a holiday weekend at that! I own overnight rentals and when one popped up with a shower that would not drain I called Roto Rooter. Johnny was prompt and there in less than two hours of my initial request for service. He was courteous, informative and wasn't scared to get the job done. This is a brand new house and apparently some grout had formed a block not allowing water to drain. He worked at it until the problem was resolved. I appreciate his help, determination and work ethic! I will definitely call for Johnny and Roto Rooter again!

I could not have been more lucky to have used this plumber service!

11pm on a Saturday night and I accidentally dropped a sex toy into my toilet. It torpedoed itself into a rather tight part of the pipes and I was unable to reach my gloved hand far enough in to grab it. When I left to get something to help retrieve it someone else attempted to use the toilet. Getting it really really stuck. I was contemplating about really making a call to get such an item out of my toilet. But it had to be done.

After a different company based from Visalia told me to think about the potential job then call back later I decided to give rotor rooter a call. So so happy I did!!

I was assigned Jonathan p. Valdez for the job. He showed up and I shared the details and after some laughter (on both sides) he got straight to work. He was very professional. After some removal attempts it was decided that it was best to remove the toilet for this bad boy. He tried many different methods for almost two hours!! Two hours of back breaking pumping and twisting! Amazing endurance! He worked really hard. If it were up to me I would give this guy a raise or some serious paid vacation.

When the toy finally came out it was the biggest relief ever. I was planning to pull the toilet on my own before I called. But I am glad I didn't because I would never of been able to get that thing out of there!

After the toilet was cleared Jonathan installed a new wax ring and hardware to reseat it. He didnt stop there though. He cleaned the entire bathroom up. It's like the whole thing never happened! He even did it all at no additional charge past trying to get it out without pulling the toilet in the first place! There are so many positive things I could say about this experience!

Jonathan was a true professional, amazingly hard worker, and did a top notch job. He far exceeded my expectations. Thank you very very much Jonathan and Rotor Rooter for all the help. I'm sure that was an interesting start to his morning to say the least.

We had been working on a HUGE problem in our front yard for days! Loosing lots of water and could not find the leak. Roto-Rooter and specifically Johnnie West came to the rescue. Found the leak deep under the ground and fixed it. Thanks so much.

When our home warranty company didn't come through on a 3 day weekend in February I called Roto-Rooter out of desperation. They came out almost immediately. They gave a quote to clear the drains from the clean out. They even did a scope with camera for free. As I recall, it was under $300. They said it was guaranteed to stay clear for six months. The bad news is our sewer lines are in really bad shape as they date back to the 1930s and will eventually need replacing.

Last night (a Saturday) it happened again in the middle of a party. The basement sink backed up and overflowed into the basement. We cleaned it up with the shop vac and towels and called Roto-Rooter to report the return of the problem. It was after 10 pm and they were ready to come then. I asked them to come in the morning instead - we just wouldn't flush! They came out this morning and cleared it again, although it took a few hours. The technician (Jamie) worked really hard and explained what was happening as he worked. From the phone call to the dispatcher to the techs that have been out they have been extremely professional, courteous, and timely. I can't say enough good things about them. I will use them again. And the second visit was free!

Waaaaaaaaay overpriced and they absolutely refuse to give a receipt of any kind.

This place sucks, call ANYBODY else before you call these clowns!!!!!!

I can't get a receipt to get reimbursed from my company as this was at a job site trailer, so now I have to call my credit card company and deny charges, by LAW they have to provide a receipt.

Horrible customer service, I will never repeat with Roto Rooter, you should never call them in the first place, RUN AWAY!!!!!!
