Armando and Robert were very nice and did a good job but completely took advantage of my desparation to have my water turned back on. They charged me 1800.00 to replace a shower valve and remove 9 tiles from the wall. Please check around for better value if you have the time

Called today to get a leak fixed in my front yard. I was able to get same day service. The technician Jonathan Manalang, told me right away, what the problem was, and was able to troubleshoot and fixed. The best part was, that he called his manager, and water faucet was under warranty.
Jonathan is very knowledgeable, very professional, with great people skills. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter for any plumbing job. And specially Jonathan.

Excellent job guys. Jose and Frank dug the area to find the septic cover, pumped it, and installed a riser for future pumping made easy. They worked very hard digging and cutting out big roots. My hat is off to them for the perseverance along with good humor. I am very pleased and will call upon them in the future for pumping needs.

Thought I received excellent service yesterday for a hot water heater replacement. Woke up this morning and half the garage flooded from a leak. Called Roto-Rooter back around 9 am and keep getting told they will get back to me in 2 hours. While they did initially, I just had to call them again and they could not give me any type of ETA and it's 2:06 pm now. She asked i I wanted to cancel and reschedule and I said no because water is leaking on the garage floor. I asked uf someine would be here by 4pm and she said it just depends on in when the tech calls and is done with his current job. One would think, to have good customer service on an unsatisfactory job the day before, she could contact the tech and ask how much longer his current job will take. Had made plans for the whole day and have been stuck at home.

Had plumbing done at our appointment, Johnny West came out on a 96 degree to help and unclog our restroom! He got the job done in an hour and he didn't let any obstacle come in the way of getting the job done. I was completely satisfied with the job. He's experienced! So if you need a plumber don't look any further.

I called to have someone give me an estimate on my toilet which was leaking from the base. We had the absolute BEST tech named Jonny West help us. He called before he came over and was very knowledgeable about the issues. He had great communication skills and he took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. I was also impressed by the way he took his time to explain everything he fixed. I am very impressed and ecstatic that the plumbing issue was taken care of swiftly. It took several trips but they were about to get my drainage problems fixed. Robert Crum, the project manager is great and very helpful as with most of the staff. But there was one guy that came out on a Saturday, looked at what needed to be done (Roto-Rooter already knew what needed to get done) and said he couldn't help me and left saying someone else would be out the next day. If it wasn't for him, I'd be giving these people 5 stars.
