Joshua did an excellent and professional job with my clogged up kitchen sink. He explained to me what he was doing with all the patience and calmness you don't see in young people today. I will request Joshua next time for sure.

Our tub had been clogged and nothing helped (draino, store bought drain snake, etc). Water wouldn't go down at all. Joshua came out on time and was very professional throughout. Costs were explained prior to any work done. He was able to get the clog cleared and, in my opinion, went the extra mile by going under the house to make sure that there were no breaks or leaks in the pipe he had just cleared. He explained everything and pointed out suggestions for future work but was not pushy. Highly recommended and worth the price.

We were having our house appraised on a Monday. The Saturday before, two sinks backed up and smelly water was in the laundry room and kitchen sink. I knew it was a weekend and a local plumber that I called never called back. RotoRooter said they will come on weekends. I asked for an appt for Sunday and it was available. Jesse and Gio showed up early Sunday. They were professional, nice and pleasant to work with. Jesse did his best to try to keep it within our budget and even went beyond the call of duty in his service. I do not know what a regular plumber would charge for this service, but we were in a bind with the appraiser coming on Monday morning. We would recommend them.

The technician was amazing he's a really nice guy. I hate to post this complaint because he was so nice. But there were a few problems that I don't think should go unsaid about. First of all there should've been coverings over my floor my countertops my stove and my utensils everything was filthy with layers of white dust it took me over an hour just to clean it and I'm still working on it. Secondly I was told my garbage disposal was cracked and then I would have to replace it and they quoted me $495 additional we went ahead and I purchased a garbage disposal while the technician was on his break at Costco and we came back he informed me he probably did crack the garbage disposal because it fell twice while he was working on it. by the way there wasn't any problems or leaks from the garbage disposal before the service. Chalked it up to things happen not a problem. but I have to say my brand new stainless steel sink has scratches on it already! they small but there's scratches and there's also a dent on the corner. He did mention that dent to me saying it came out of the box that way but he didn't tell me that until after the sink was installed so I'm guessing it would've been said prior to that and brought to my attention. FYI, I was home all day while the repairs were going on I was just on the patio and around doing things around my house . Oh yeah, the caulking around the sink is crappie not ok at all, flaking everywhere. The more I write the more I find things wrong to talk about. I went with Roto-Rooter as I thought it would be a more professional company than one of the smaller plumbing companies in the area and I'm sorry I did so. I definitely did not get what I paid for.

The area drain in the back yard was not draining due to root invasion. Joe was very professional and worked very hard to find the right pathway if the underground pipe. He did not give up when it seemed that it would be impossible, and with his persistence he was successful at clearing it! I would definitely recommend for anyone battling a plumbing issue. Thanks Joe!

We suddenly had to have all of our drainage replaced. Roto-Rooter came out the following day, checked everything out, and gave us our estimate. Chris was very helpful with getting us financed and taken care of. Joe T and Josh were out the following two days. They worked non stop to get the job done, we're very respectful of us, our time, and property. They made a stressful situation a lot easier. We would definitely recommend them. Everything appears to be working well. They also worked in a way that permitted us to always have a bathroom in working condition, so we didn't have to stay in a hotel during the job. We greatly appreciated being able to remain in our home throughout the process.

Alex is a excellent service tech. Very friendly and personable. Once we told Alex what the problem was he inspected the sewer lines and found the problem. Alex explained everything he was going to do and how long it was going to take to complete. He finished on time and even sweep the front sidewalk. We couldn't have asked for better service tech. We highly recommend Alex.
