Very reliable. Had a hot water heater issue. Tried another plumber. Roto - Rooter came out on a Friday. Ordered me a new hot water heater, had it here on Saturday. They did not charge the weekend price since the came on Friday. Great service, great job!

Our well pump failed and I was told that Roto-Rooter worked on wells and that they were good at their job. I scheduled a service call and the tech, Wesley, showed up on Thanksgiving day to diagnose the problem. He told me that it was, in fact, the pump that needed to be replaced and that he'd be back the next day to pull, the pump, order parts and get our water working again. AFTER FIVE DAYS OF NO-SHOWS and most of the time NOT EVEN ANSWERING THE PHONE, I called the owner, who told me THEY DON'T EVE WORK ON PUMPS! They could have told me that from the beginning and I could have found someone else. As it happened they wasted my time and theirs. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DO NOT SHOW UP FOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. THEY NEVER COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMER WHEN THER ARE PROBLEMS. If you have any plumbing problems, I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO SEEK HELP ELSEWHERE.

They came out on Friday to unclog our drain. Saturday morning the drain was still clogged. We called and they said they couldn't redo it on a Saturday. We'll be asking for a refund and we'll find someone who can do a better job. We'll never use Roto rooter again

Scheduled to come and change out our shower and bath faucets. Never showed up and never called. I should have known better when they said """" We will call before we come on Tuesday"""". Who doesn't give an appointment time these days. Down the drain with Roto Rooter

We are in the middle of a bathroom remodel and the rough-in for the Roman Tub was installed incorrectly. I called the office on Sunday 4-17-2016 was greeted by a friendly voice, told her the problem and within 10 minutes Patrick called and was here 20 min later. He explained that when you use """"Shark Bites"""" and the connection is copper to copper, one should take the plastic sleeve out. So that's what he did. Patrick is a true professional, knows his stuff, humble, efficient. I would definitely recommend Roto Rooter and if I have another issue, I will call him again. The service call was very reasonable in cost as well. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and you will be too.
