After calling around to many other plumbing services Eddie from Roto King was available to help us out. He was super helpful with getting the drains unclogged and explaining what it might have been. Eddie was nice and cordial and gave great advice about what to look out for when acquiring a new house. I will keep his card for when/if I need service again!

We initially called Eddie at Roto King for emergency plumbing issues related to a bidet we installed during the Great TP Shortage of 2020. We had a good experience, and since then we've had Roto King update several pipes, fix our outside water spigot, install a new bathroom tub surround and tub/shower fixtures, and most recently install a new sump pump. Prices have always been reasonable and services have a quick turnaround. Eddie does things the right way and doesn't overcharge - there is a reason we keep going back! I would recommend Eddie Ruiz, owner of Roto King to anyone who needs expert plumbing!! I had water coming from my basement toilet and he instantly quoted me over the phone the cost of cutting though my main sewer line. He came promptly the next day and cut through the line with top of the line equipment. He stayed and ran the water until he felt confident the line was clear. Two weeks later, we did have some water come up again. He called me back within seconds when I reached out to him with my concern. He showed up the next morning to assess the problem without hesitation. We found a new issue but he never charged me a penny more. He was recommended to me by close friends and now I know why. He was polite, honest and an excellent Plummer!! I give him a 5 star rating and would call him with any future plumbing issues.

Six days ago at 7am I discovered that my water heater had cracked, leaked and had been flooding through the wall and into my garage all night. My girlfriend found this company, rates highly on another site (clearly not Yelp since this looks like the first review) and by 8:30 he was at my house, giving me a quote that was significantly less than I expected. He drove to Hartford to pick up a high quality (not expensive though) heater, came back, got rid of the old one and replaced all the pipework, all while being very polite, informative and entertaining. He did several tests before he left and because I actually learned a lot about he whole process. So, for less than $1,400 I got my old water heater and all the crappy pipes removed, a significantly upgraded water heater brought to my house, installed and all the piping replaced, the old water heater taken away and this was all started within two hours of calling at 7am on a Saturday. Since my old water heater was actively leaking this also helped avoid further damage.

I am extremely happy with the service and price.
