Wow Rotan Plumbing saved my day. It was the day before Thanksgiving and my water heater went out. The secretary was so nice and helpful. Very rude and unprofessional office staff. Mr. Rotan is very nice but his office staff refused to clarify billing statements and then refused to return phone calls. Sadly, i had another occasion when the front office lady treated me terribly. They have lost several clients because of her unprofessional demeanor.
