He's honestly the best. I started off just using him for some electrical work for my dryers and now I literally use him for everything. He always replies in a timely manner, will even FaceTime me if he's not available to come and it's something I can fix myself. He's truly been a big help and blessing as a first time salon and suites owner especially for his rates. I will continue to use him and recommend him to everyone!

My new go-to when something breaks down is Rosso Handyman services. My garbage disposal in the kitchen sink started leaking this morning, a Saturday. Would really stink to go all weekend with no sink, but a call to Mo did the trick. He was out a few hours later, fixed the issue, and we are good to go. All for a good price. Like I said, if something breaks I am calling Rosso Handyman Services.

All hype, no action! After requesting quotes for a plumbing job, I got an odd text from Mo who asked for photos and an address. Before we even spoke or agreed to a price or I agreed to hire him, he said he would be at my place the next morning. I was surprised that he assumed he should just show up without a negotiation or conversation. However, I was desperate and he had some good reviews. So despite the weird start, I decided to hire him (he seemed super-enthusiastic after all). He promised to send his worker at 8:30am the next morning. I had to get an emergency water shut-off for the ENTIRE building to accommodate this job. The next morning nobody showed up. Mo didn't bother to confirm his plumber's availability before promising he would show up (the plumber was busy with a bigger job across town). I don't typically leave bad reviews, but I also rely on Yelp for honesty. I get that sometimes unexpected things happen, but this was unreasonable. First, don't promise work before even confirming anyone is available. Second, despite multiple text exchanges never ONCE did he offer to reschedule. That was 100% unprofessional. He just ignored the whole problem. Some people had good experiences with Rosso, I had a terrible one, so I guess you will roll the dice. Maybe he will show up...maybe he wont. Maybe he will do a good job...maybe he wont do the job at all. Good luck.

Had Mo out to knock out a few issues that exceeded my limited knowledge and YouTube based skills. Mo was on time, fast and fair with pricing. Will have him out again when necessary.
