The cartridge for my bathtub faucet needed replacement as it was dripping when in ""off"" position. Being a Saturday before a holiday, I wasn't sure I'd be able to get anyone to come out so I wouldn't need to take off work. Mo answered, knew right away what needed to be replaced and while fixing, showed me why. Once repaired, no more dripping! Pricing was also reasonable. Will definitely consider for other jobs needed. An arc-fault circuit breaker went bad in my electric panel and Mo was quick to respond. He came with a replacement that didn't match, but he was quick to locate the correct breaker and was back soon. He obviously knows how to work around electrical circuits. I was pleased with his work.

Needed a repair in a hurry as a piece of my siding came off my house and the wood behind it was rotted. It was at a 4 foot height so I hoped a handyman would be able to repair. I contacted others who either wouldn't do this type of repair or never responded. Rossi Handyman contacted me quickly and asked for photos of the repair. Said he would confirm later that evening if he could schedule me in. He replied exactly as he said he would and was able to come out the very next morning. Mo was on time and pleasant to deal with. He did a wonderful job replacing the rotten wood panel and checked the other areas to make sure there were no other damaged spots. I could see he was meticulous about the details and took pride in his work to do it right the first time. He was careful not to leave any debris or nails on the ground.
