Matthew Rossman established Rossman Plumbing, a family-run business that began in the lovely City of Eastvale, CA. Matthew, alongside his wife Crystal, began his journey from their garage with two trucks, offering plumbing and drain cleaning services to the community. In addition to her U.S. Air Force service, Crystal managed crucial office responsibilities from home. In 2008, Matthew earned his contractor's license, passing the exam on his first attempt and in record time! Matthew's past experiences reshaped his approach to business. He recalled his time working for his brother-in-law's small company and building another small business, leading him to create Rossman Plumbing with a focus on ""Don't over-promise and under-deliver."" At Rossman Plumbing, we strive to exceed your expectations through exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence.
Having over 25 years of experience, Rossman Plumbing is among the foremost plumbing service providers. An upstairs shower plumbing leak that drips downstairs is never good but Pierre Avayla of Rossman Plumbing made it as painless and straightforward as possible, and the price was competitive with three other local plumbers. He explained everything, showing me where it was leaking and answered my questions honestly so I understood the costs and time frame, and in less than two days the leak was fixed and I am confident the repair will last for many years. The water was only shut off for brief times as he worked so we could carry on our daily lives as normal as possible. Now that I have seen him work I am calling Rossman again for some other projects. THANKS PIERRE!

Had a water pressure issue. Called Mike Diamond And when they arrived, the tech said he didn't know how to work on our system and left. Call Rossman and David Star came out today. They arrived on time. He was super knowledgeable and fixed the issue! If you have an plumbing issue, call Rossman. You won't be sorry!

If you need a great plumber, I highly recommend David Star from Rossman Plumbing. He explains the problem clearly, offers solutions that save time and money, and works diligently to make sure the customer is happy.
Two days after Christmas my family woke up to a squishy, soggy hallway carpet. Other plumbing companies were on vacation, didn't answer, or never called back. Rossman Plumbing saved the day. The woman on the phone was very professional and scheduled David and Rafi to come out the same day!
This was a complicated water leak issue but David's great attitude helped me get through it. He immediately brought in a mitigation specialist to deal with the wet carpet and walls (since my Texas-based insurance company had left me hanging a bit).
And, did I mention David's a really nice guy? Hire them.

They did a great job fixing the leaking pipes! David was very helpful and knowledgeable.

My tankless water heater started leaking, so I called Rossman Plumbing. A technician came out and noticed that it was not properly installed. We talked about what was missing, and he quoted two prices. The first estimate was to add the required parts to the lines and install the same (Rheem) newer water heater for $2400. The second estimate was to install a Noritz for $3,000, but that that brand would be better quality. I opted for the second. The technician came out the next day. I came home from work that day to find that the Rheem was installed, because the Noritz would have been an additional $500. I was not contacted to make the change, and I was charged $3,000 instead of $2,400. I contacted the manager and he was supposed to look into it but said the guy who installed it ""moved."" When I looked at the installation, all the piping was the same except he added a few parts to allow for maintenance. I feel taken advantage of and would not recommend this company.

Unsatisfied with end result. was charged $529 to fix a leak in my under sink filtration system. Leak was not fixed, had no hot water. Came back a week later, turned out he forgot to turn my hot water back on, the leak was due to hose not properly fitted back, he tries to say that I have mice, but there's no chew marks. Anywhere... Well, after replacing the part, he fixed it in 30 min. Cleaned up the area pretty well. But forgot to check my water pressure. Tried to charge me $259 but when I asked if he was charging me on hot water issue, he lowered it to about 180 or something. after about a week, needing to fill a large pitcher... Discovered that the water stream turns into a tiny slow trickle. So mad. Everytime I use the kitchen sink, just triggers how ignorant I was not to first learn more about the issue and put so much trust in pros. Just felt duped... Completely. Please learn from me. Never ever ever call them.

Rossman Plumbing is just the best. I called for some of what i felt was minor but skilled work. ( angle stop connected to pex piping) instead of giving me the runaround and selling me something i didn't need, they gave me an honest opinion, with options and let me decide what was best. By the way their timing was impeccable. I called earlier today and they arrived within 1 hour. Immediate service with an honest price. If any furniture Plumbimg needs occur, rest assured I will be calling Rossman Plumbimg. Highly recommended.

horrrible service , plumber was a no show twice and then late when they finally did show up, at that point i just wanted it done..... they tech brings me the bill and it was almost twice what was originally quoted .... not happy

I found Rossman plumbing through a mention on a Riverside group through facebook. I gave them a call and scheduled for someone to come out and no one showed like promised. I had to take the day off work to meet their plumber. When I called back the man was very apologetic and promised to take care of my leak on the following Friday (since I was off work that day again) I was given a window of 10-1130am. I received a call at 1pm on that Friday that the plumber was stuck on another job and that I needed to reschedule. I ended up using another plumber because I cannot waste anymore time waiting. I rarely post in here but I just want others to be aware that this company doesn't value others time.

BUYERS BEWARE !! PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING!!! I wish I would have read all the reviews on this company before I hire them so in that respect I partially at fault for what happened to me. After repeated scheduling and rescheduling no show after no show which should have been another red flag for me when going about hiring a professional company but being in the desperate position that I was in I gave them the benefit of the doubt after repeated no shows and no calls. So I finally get them out to my house I had a leak in my front yard they began to tell me that they would have to dig up my entire yard to replace the entire service line they told me that the water could undermine my entire property I decided since they were the professional to go with their recommendation they told me it would only take about 4 hours they shut my water off and for two days I was without water again repeated attempts to get them out there failed they would not return my calls I was actually told that I wasn't the highest priority that they had other calls before me that they had to tend to emergency calls they called it will wait a minute hold on a second wouldn't me the homeowner be considered an emergency calls after you've had my water off for 2 days? Anyways I'm not home the day they decide to come out to fix the problem they call me and let me know that everything is fixed in the water is back on so I get home I find the water is on and the trenching my yard looks like a couple of high school kids past my grass back I also noticed that the ground still has a lot of water in it which at the time I didn't think much of because there was a leak 2 weeks later the wet grass is still mushy so I called him back and they tell me yes that is normal it will take some time to dry out so a month goes by the grass is still mushy I decide to get a second opinion and I call out another company they come out they dig up the area where it's still mushy and to both of our surprises the old service line is still connected Rossman Plumbing charged me $2,700 for a complete service line which they did not run this company is a complete fraud please read all of their reviews before hiring this company they are very unprofessional and upon further investigation I find that the company has only existed for five years the quality of their work and their unprofessionalism reflex that greatly they do not have the plumbing experience necessary to be working on people's homes buyers beware this is a dishonest unprofessional company
