We are on a first name basis as he has become part of my family. We don't know what we would do without him. We had a burst pipe after hours that meant we had to shut the main water off. Not having water until the next day was not an option for us. I chose Rossino based on their offer of 24 hour service and sure enough the phone was answered quickly and someone was at our house in one hour. The plumber was competent and professional and took the time to explain things so we could understand of why this had happened. We did pay a surcharge for after hours service but for how disastrous the situation was for us, the price felt quite reasonable to have it fixed so quickly. I would definitely use them again!

Mark Rossino has been my plumber for about 10 years. He's honest, does great work, always calls me back, keeps his appointments, provides excellent service, is efficient & neat, and charges a fair price. I recently asked Mark if he could replace a vanity/counter/sink in our bathroom and replace an outdoor faucet that had frozen and cracked. He offered to come the next day but I wasn't ready for him!
