DO NOT USE ROSSI ROTTER.They are not equipped to handle end to end repair! I called them and asked if they knew how to troubleshoot and repair house grinding pumps. They said yes. When the techs came to my house they said if I want the electrical box troubleshoot they would have to hire an electrician that I would need to pay for and even if the problem was not electrical and then pay for a pump replacement. Vince and Buck strongly recommended to change out the pump ($4000) and the issue was NOT electrical. By the time I decided to let Vince know to order with the pump (they do not have them available) it was too late in the day for them to order it and he would get back to me. In the meantime I called Koberlien (due to a neighbor's recommendation. they were very professional and could troubleshoot end to end) they came out and troubleshooted the electrical box and it was a bad capacitor and relay that was the problem ($455! not $4000). Since Rossi's tech took the pump out and left it on the ground Koberlien needed to put it back together that I needed to pay for ($500). I asked Rossi (Mike and Vince) to reimburse for their misdiagnosis of the $500 and they refused. So DO NOT USE ROSSI ROTTER and use Koberlien.

Hey if you got a problem sewer or any other issues give them a call 2 hours for techs the other day my trap was grease caked pressure cleaned ok mike at the shop and the techs were great no complaints service with compassion

Rossi Rooter did a superior job fixing my sewer issue. Mike was a pleasure to work with: cooperative, flexible, and very expedient with sending over his employees, who made quick time of unclogging the stubborn plumbing issue. I highly recommend this company and would absolutely call them again ( though of course I hope I don't have to :)

I had American Water Resources sewer insurance who I called when I had a sewer back up. My insurance policy says I had to use their service provider. They sent someone from a company called Water Works. I have two cleanouts and they tried the easiest one which did not work. When my wife told them we had a second clean out they would not even try it. The representative called me to tell me I would have to tear up my shower and bathroom floor to replace the trap and I would need to use my Home Owners Insurance for the claim, He said he would pad the bill so I would not need to pay the deductible. When I heard this I knew I was dealing with a con-artist as 8 years ago I replaced the trap already.
I called my plumber and he recommended Rossi Rooter. We called and they came right away. My wife told them the story and showed them the second cleanout which they used and where done in 20 minutes. The bill was $220 which was well worth it and a competitive price. I would use them in a heartbeat.
I can't imagine that the 1 rating guy would expect a sewer company to come to your house and inspect your lines with cameras and do it for nothing. Rossi Rooter is honest, does a good job and has competitive prices.

Rossi Rooter was scheduled to come out to my home due to a slow moving drain on Wednesday. Waited all day Wednesday for a phone call; only to get the call at 7pm saying that they can't make it until the next day. They did come out to the house Thursday morning as they said they would. They were in the house for approximately 20 minutes to shoot water through the pipe in our basement. They stated the pipe was clean but there is no guarantee it will not back up because the house is old. They charged $225.00 for the 20 minutes they were there to pretty much tell us the pipes are clear and there is not much they can do. If I could leave a review with zero stars; it would be more appropriate.

These guys rock!! Recently purchased home on East Mountain, in Scranton. Home was previously unoccupied for one year. Sewage began backing up in downstairs shower. Home warranty sent plumber out twice to address problem, each visit costing money. Called Rossi Rooter on the recommendation of Scranton American Water. 45 minutes after their professional showed up, my nightmare was solved! Great job, professional, and highly recommended! I needed my sewer pipes cleaned out due to a clog. Rossi Rooter was recommended to me by my plumber, whom I trust. I was scared to call Rossi Rooter because of bad reviews on this site, but he has not ever let me down before and he told me he didn't have the equipment for the job. So I called (weird answering service) and got a call back in 1/2 hour. Guy was nice enough, they arrived in two hours. Two guys- super polite and friendly, worked really hard running around the property. They found three separate clogs in an hour and 1/2 and flushed them out. The price was $275. I would recommend them.

AWFUL. They came to my apartment while I was at work to fix my toilet... when I got home my cat was drenched in blood and long story short... her femur was shattered and her entire back leg needed to be amputated. The surgeon said she was definitely kicked with a steel toe boot... These low life scum bags deserve to be in jail. On top of that... they didn't fix the problem for why they came in the first place. Waste of life, no teeth, pigs.

The job was done...okay, I was not impressed at all, they were completely unprofessional and very rude, especially if we asked questions, very curt in their answers and dismissive. They also left my doors open as they came in and out tried to use doors I had padlocked, and came into my home with their shoes on without any covers on them. I will never use this place again.
