We had Rossi over for an estimate to have our shower pipes rerouted so they did not freeze again. Rossi was very rude to my mother, who's bathroom needed the work. He talked over her and ignored her concerns. Once he found out I was her hired contractor for an eventual whole remodel, he became indignant and condescending and was difficult to work with. I would never hire these guys, let alone have them in my home ever again.
