Myzell came to my house for two projects. The first one was an emergency. The shower in one bathroom won't shut off. I had to turn off the main shut off valve on the street. He was able to replace the worn shower cartridge. Got lucky because he said that was the last one in his service truck. He saved the day. The second time was scheduled. He replaced the bad shower valve. It was a major project. He had to cut open the back side of the wall to access the valve. He got done in two hours. He did very well. He kept the work area clean. If and when there is another project I will definitely hire him again. I will recommend this business to my friends and relatives.

This is my 2nd review. The last one was about a year ago. Rossco is still great. Nadine was able to get me an appointment on the day I called (luckily there was a cancellation and they fit me in). Jeff and Myzell came out and replaced the wax seal in my toilet. Quick, neat, friendly, and respectful. They even played with my dog for a bit so she would stop whining at her new friends. :) Rossco continues to be an A+, Top-Notch organization and I would still highly recommend them. Needing a plumber is never fun, but Rossco has my back!
