Had them come and install a new, high rise toilet and grab bars. They worked hard to accommodate my needs, which was great! The one grab bar proved to be a little more complicated, but they stuck to it and got it to work. This will make my daily needs easier and simpler to deal with!

Second time we had them do work in our home. We were not pleased ... with the apparent inexperienced worker sent to replace our kitchen sink and faucet. He measured prior to removing the old sink and was satisfied that the new one would fit... it didn't and he had to trim the wood inside the cabinet to accommodate the width. He used a sawzall to cut then a screwdriver to break away the wood ... after about an hour I had Hubby come in and look at the problem ... he accepted advice from my hubby ( a carpenter) on best solution... the advice was to first remove the drawer and it's track from adjacent cabinet to give room to make cut ... not until after he left did I see that him trying to work around that drawer hardware (prior to Hubby removing it) , the worker had actually cut into that drawer in the adjacent cabinet ... the cuts into that adjacent cabinet produced a bunch of sawdust and chunks of wood which covered everything in the lower part of that cabinet ... which he left ...
I wish he would have accepted the offer for advice from Hubby in solving the issue sooner ..
P.S. Hubby repaired the damaged drawer ... I pulled everything from lower part of adjacent cabinet and vacuumed out the mess that was left.

When I contacted the company and received a call back from them ... I was told that they aren't supposed to make those type of cabinet adjustments and he should have stopped when the sink didn't fit and we should have been told to have adjustments made... I wish that had happened ... but he thought he could handle it.

I'm not sure if we'll call them again for any future work.

Bryan Ross was referred to me by my neighbor. I've had a great experience so far. He and his crew have has been by several times to assist with my remodel. I am adding a bathroom and a laundry room, replaced a water heater, and then also have had a few other on-the-fly changes (hot water recirculating pump...amazing feature btw, upsizing hot water lines, and various other repairs). The work has been excellent and the best part is he and his crew seem to genuinely enjoy what they do. It has been a treat getting to know Bryan and I will happily request his help in the future.
