Ron Ross answered my call right away and asked me to text a picture of my issue. He immediately knew what the repair would be and scheduled an appointment the next day. He called to say he was on his way over and he was very friendly and courteous. He verified my problem and then went to get the parts to fix the drain pipes under my kitchen sink. He was done in an hour and everything was fixed and he cleaned up the work area too. The price lower than I expected after talking to the big chain plumbers so I was pleasantly surprised.

I would recommend Ron to anyone and he has my business for all my future plumbing needs.

Here's the deal. We were looking for a plumber after the storm and this company's friends or family kept posting that they are the best plumbers in town in all posts on another app. We were told on the phone they would charge $129 for a service fee. The plumber comes in does nothing or provides us knee information and then throws a bill of $329 at the end of night. After protesting, he cancels the $200 but way to fleece people during a storm and a pandemic. We learned nothing new from his service and it was a waste of our time and money. Do not recommend!

A couple weeks ago I discovered a leak at my washing machine connection after installing a new washer. Two leaks actually, the more serious one was just inside the wall at the drain line... Ron and his crew at RossCo plumbing came highly recommend from one of my past real estate clients. He made it a priority to get over to my house and get the repair done and worked tirelessly into the night until it was complete. He's a super friendly guy and I found his pricing to be fair. He'll be my first call for plumbing help in the future.
