Mike Ross came recommended by a neighbor. He gave an accurate quote over the phone based on photos of our water heater and was at our house in Hillsborough the next morning. His price was half of what I was quoted by two of the bigger companies (Rapid Repair Experts and JD Service Now), including permit. No leaks, the new piping and expansion tank were well-insulated and he took the time to explain everything to my wife, who was there when he did the repairs. The county inspector signed off on the work today.
