Mark F.The owner does respond quickly when called. However, his bid came in on a furnace we needed and he had no specifics, and his price was higher. We went with the other company. Our water heater went bad and again we called him. He replaced it, but acted mad that he wasn't chosen for the furnace. Did a crappy job and never removed the old tank. Would not use him again.
