We had Ross Plumbing replace our hot water heater. The replacement hot water heater is an AO Smith ProLine Commercial Grade and we are very happy with the quality of the unit. The water is hotter and seems to deliver to the faucet faster. Anatol and Daniel did a great job with the installation. They were on time, answered any questions we had and tested the unit to ensure everything worked properly. They also installed a new expansion tank and used brass fittings so it was more stable. We felt the total price was reasonable. We had a great experience with Ross Plumbing and highly recommend them.

Called and made an advance appointment for routine maintenence on our tankless water heater. It was super easy to set up our appointment and the man that answered the phone was pleasant. Like clockwork, a month later, the tech, Marcus and his assistant showed up just as scheduled. They were efficient and super nice. I would definitely use Ross Plumbing again.

We just had a new hot water heater installed by Ross Plumbing located in Leesburg, FL. We called on Monday and it was installed on Friday morning. We had the expansion tank replaced as well. We were very happy with the two men that installed it. They were very polite and professional. It took about an hour and 15 minutes start to finish. They cleaned everything up and took off the old stuff! No mess for us to deal with! I would highly recommend Ross Plumbing.
