This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! The tech came out to look at my leaking water heater, he said I would need an electrician in order to finish the job. He turned off my hot water and I have been without hot water for a week. They have not returned my calls and keep giving me excuses. I had no choice to use them through AHS warranty company. I am extremely frustrated with the whole situation and DO NOTHING recommend this company to anyone. I had to call another plumbing company who is fixing it the same day.

If it weren't for AHS, I would NEVER use this company! The tech that came out was fine. But Ann Marie is an awful person and I cannot imagine why the company would put her as the """"voice"""" that you associate with their name. She is condescending, rude, and unhelpful. When trying to explain something, her responses are either """"I'm not a plumber so why are you telling me?"""" or when I told her we had already replaced the pressure tank at less than half the cost she quoted me """"well, maybe you wouldn't have any issues if you had it professionally installed like I told you.""""

Not a very reputable company. Said we had a leak in ground and it would cost $1500-$3000 to repair. We had no leak. Lady who answers phone is not nice.

Very disappointed with this company. Like other reviews I did not have a choice with my warranty company. Disturbing that you have to beg and still no invoice that I had work done in my home. I will reach out to my warranty company as they need to know about their contractors.

I wish we would have checked the ratings on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau before we allowed them into our house. From the start Roaies was shady to deal with unfortunately they were the only ones our warentty company used in West Palm Beach. ANN MARIE who answers the phone is rude and unhelpful. Since Rosies installed a new water heater 3 weeks ago we've had Luke warm water and now the water heater trips the circuit breaker. We've been trying to get Rosies to come back out for several days and we're met with confusion and dismay. At first Rosies informed us that they never installed a water heater. Now they are blaming the electrical panel - it was professionally upgraded two years ago. I will file a greivence with the better business Bureau as well. Unfortunately I have to select one star as there is no option for a minus.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will be sorry if you use this company for any plumbing needs. The woman that answers the phone (Anne Marie) is very condescending and rude. They won't answer calls after 4:30 or on weekends. They demand payment in full before doing any work as well. They don't explain charges if you ask for breakdowns and they try to over-charge you. Now I know why they charge up front. It's because their work is shoddy - that's the only way they can get paid. Then there is the one and only plumber that works there. He is Mr. Roscinsky (Rosi for short). He changed my hot water heater today and charged me $55 to haul away the old one. All he did was put it across my alley about 25 feet from my property. I called the office 30 seconds after Rosi left and Anne Marie refused to let me speak to him or have him call me. She said that a scrap metal scavenger would eventually take it away. And he left cardboard boxes and old drip pan on my property for me to dispose of. When Mr. Rosi finished installing the new water heater, he turned on the water. What a surprise! His work is shoddy and he didn't make the pipe connections properly, so water gushed everywhere. This company is a joke. Call a professional company and save yourself some headache. By the way, I was sent this company by Old Republic Home Protection (home warranty). I've lodged complaints there too. They were not happy when I explained what happened today.

Bunch of liars. Said they left us a message and we didn't pick up. Waited all day at home with cell and home phone in hand. Nobody called. HORRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN!

This has to be the worst company I've had the displeasure of interacting with. I agree with the other reviews - Ann Marie is rude and inept. They have no concept of customer service whatsoever. They charged me for a name brand garbage disposal and then came to my house, after a month of cancelled appointments and me having to call them time and time again, with a different brand product than what I paid for. When I questioned the owner, who is the plumber who came to do the install, and asked him to hold on while I researched the brand to see how it compared with what they sold me, he was a complete jerk and walked out on the job. So, they tried to pawn off a cheaper no-name brand product and when I challenged it, the big baby walked off the job. Like others who have posted, this is the company my warranty company referred me to. I am lodging a formal complaint with them. They should not be doing business with Rosie's Plumbing and sending these people into the homes of their customers.

Terrible, unprofessional company. Plumber was hired to fix a toilet leak and was asked to check a second toilet that may needed repair. The contract calls for one service fee to repair 3 like items. The plumber scolded my neighbor who handled the service call for me. He refused to check the second toilet, stormed out and rudely told my neighbor that he wasn't hired for anything other than one toilet. The customer is always right. Not according to Rosie's Plumbing, West Palm Beach, Florida. These handymen aren't professionals, nor are they licensed. You would be treated better by an inmate, wait a minute. Maybe this guy was recently an inmate. By the way, Rosie's is very professional taking your credit card number over the phone for the service call. The plumber didn't leave a work order invoice detailing the repair.

This business is a scam - starts with Anne Marie the woman who answers phone - she was rude, nasty, condescending, unprofessional, and has no peoples skills- they set up 2 appts for 2 homes for me - gave me 11a.m to 5 p.m to wait for - Today they had cancellations and they sent a plumber hrs before my due time. I got a call from AnnMarie screaming telling me i owed them trip time for missing my appt - they had cancellations and they sent plumber way before my time - she called and said that """"it was my fault for not answering the phone"""" for her to let me know technician was going way before my time - because i wasnt there, they are charging me a trip fee- I called and told her there was a death in the family the day before and therefore we couldnt call at 1 a.m to cancel - but when she called me the morning of I cancelled one of the appts way before my appt time range -that's when she disclosed the plumber had gone earlier - they want to penalize me for not being at premises 2 hrs before my appt time ? this is crazy! not to mentioned the way she handled the conversation before she hung up on me twice !!They dont have a license to conduct business nor they are accredited under BBB- so they d=are not required to give good customer service nor to apply ethical standards. BE AWARE- l just looked up their reviews and found out other people went thru the same issues. I wouldnt give them 1 star as they dont deserve any but this template wont let me continue unless i use 1 star-
