Our water heater went out on a Sunday and called RPS that morning. I got a call back within the hour from Mark, who gave us options on different water heaters. He was able to install a tank or tankless water the next morning. We went with a tank water heater and got it installed in a couple of hours. The installation was clean and the water heater works great. Thank you Mark!

Couldn't be happier. Needed a natural gas line relocated for a 2023 stove in a 1987 house. When I called with my problem. Mark came over, took some measurements, gave me an estimate and fit me in the next day. The work went quickly and professionally. I ask for an ""out of scope "" fix for a cabinet wing that was blocking the new stove from sliding in. Mark made short work of that. I highly recommend Mark and Roseville Plumbing Solutions. Our water heater started spraying water on Memorial Day. Have you tried to find someone to help you on Memorial Day or some other holiday? It's impossible.

My friend recommended Mark - telling me he's the only plumber he trusts, does good clean professional work, and he's always fast. Mark called me back on Memorial Day afternoon saying he could be out the following afternoon after his morning's job and gave me a quote over the phone.

He texted before noon with his status and when he planned to get here. I showed him the water heater, he was able to explain exactly what happened, and then he jumped right on it, replacing the water heater, the tank, cleaned up the base, and everything else. It looks fantastic.

Mark was everything you'd want in a plumber. Knowledgeable, punctual, communicative, professional, reasonable, and fast.

We had a walk-in tub installed, but the hot water would run out before the tub was full enough to run the jets. We thought of a tankless water heater and called Mark at RPS. He came out to give us an estimate, and we were so impressed with him that we hired him. Within a couple of days we had our new beautiful tankless installed. Mark did an extremely neat job and our garage was cleaner when he finished than it was before he started! I highly recommend Mark and a tankless heater as you never run out of hot water. NEVER!!
